If you get Tania the service is excellent she really goes out of her way to make your visit special. However the food is so inconsistent sometimes the steak tacos have onions in with meat other times not, sometimes the steak has pieces of bone with it no idea why, sometimes you open the wrapper and grease just drips out. I have been a loyal customer for years and have looked past these issues due to mistakes happen but mainly due to servers like Tania and under previous owner Rene doing whatever it takes to make right. Ricky the manager is also very nice. I got the opportunity to deal with the owner since the Batavia store is closed due to accident that happened there. Tried using coupon on a Thursday which I always do he would not allow since margarita specials. I explained how we come weekly and never any issues. Talking down to me he said he is the boss it’s not allowed. I even mentioned I have no issue paying full price for my drink and using coupon I am not out to rob you from running your business. Just why get 5off when coupon gets me 9off. I totally understand the no double dipping rule but he could have handled a lot better. Tania is great but I can’t support someone who treats his loyal customers like that especially when food is so...

It was our son's graduation. This was our second opinion to go to because our first opinion was so packed. When we got there, it was not busy at all. We really was the crowd. The service was good, but the food was awful😫. We just put our order in, and our food came right out. Our food was hard and cold. My son's kids' meal nachos the cheese wasn't melted it was hard i felt bad because it was his big day. When we got home, my other son started complaining that his stomach hurt. All my daughters were throwing up. It was just a messed and i felt bad. My mother even said her food wasn't right. I felt bad for all of our guess that came. We had got the lunch special, and i believe that they already had them special made and just warm them up. Will not be going back there unless we have to cause a family member or friend. If we do, to be honest, i might just sit there or eat the chips they were the freshest thing...

Visited Pepe's last weekend (14 Jan 2017) with husband and two small kids. Was eating my food when I scraped some guacamole off my burrito and noticed a little visitor. Not the good kind, a creepy crawly dead kind of bug (we think it was a COCKROACH). Was completely disgusted. Pointed out to server who comped my meal but didn't give a discount on the other food on the table that we were abandoning due to being completely grossed out. The server was very apologetic and seemed concerned, but did he really think we wanted any of the food on the table after finding that thing on my plate?! he should have comped our whole meal! i was too grossed out to make eye contact with the server, i was busy trying to not throw up in my mouth and just wanted out of there instead of arguing over money. I realize that crap happens, but I still won't be eating...
