Bianchi's Pizza Norris drive — Restaurant in Ottawa

Pizza is good, but if I could rate them a 0 for customer service I would. I call to place an order, and one of the two high schoolers they have on staff will put the phone on hold for 10+ minutes and not come back. I understand that businesses can become busy, but the customer that is calling to place a 10 pizza order maybe just as important as the guy grabbing 2 slices. I was about to order food for our staff at a local business but maybe we will have to call R'Grotto to get a local business...

Stopped to get a lunch special at about 12:10pm. The 2 people working had no pizza ready and had no pizzas in the oven. I could see if they had a big rush and you had to wait for the pizza to come out of the oven but come on! To not even have any made up and cooking is just crazy. The workers had one job to do and they failed. I saw at least a dozen customers walk away since nobody has 15 min to wait when their lunch break is...

I would definitely always go to the downtown Bianchis, and do a sit down. I will never again get take out especially from the north side. I tried it again for the last time Friday night. Even told them to undercook it and still burnt beyond recognition. Again, will go to downtown to eat in but never again do take out. Keep in mind I grew up in Ottawa and 60 years old. So sad to see this cause Bianchis always close...
