Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Overland Park

If there was an option for zero stars, that's what this location deserves. We got custom build your own concretes and was handed liquid ice cream instead of solid. Had other people in the car and their order was wrong. Tried charging for the remake when they were the ones that messed up the order. What if that person was allergic to peanuts? Literally could've gone to the hospital and stayed there overnight and have to sleep on the tile flooring. This was the worst experience with the most intolerant staff that I've meet working in the food industry. This is pathetic. Then they tried arguing with us about recharging us for the mistake they made. Didn't give us proof of a refund for the one that was but, "promised" it was coming back to the card used. I'll believe it when I see it, if it was even done. This location needs people that are competent enough to work better making sure the orders are correct at ALL TIMES. Work with this staff that was there tonight and direct them into the correct direction to...

If I could give 0 stars I would, my concrete was liquid when I got it wrong order recieved. Manager tried to tell me to pay for another one. After they messed it up... please figure out how to hire someone compentent. Waited in line to go through the same speel, tried to get refund. Couldn't provide any proof, of said refund. And then after all else fails , she just says she promises she got it right. I would have gone to a diffent place 5 hours away. And it still would have been less painful than watching this establishment process information. BTW until someone understands how to take orders and a supervisor that can process issues within. In a timly manor, without additude, I do not recommend this...

Came here 7/10 at 9:40 pm and ordered the new cherry limeade drink. It was absolutely awful, it was not even red like pictured and was inedible. It was just syrups and sprite. When I told the boy at the window, he told me to mix it up? See photo attached, I gave it back, I don’t even want them to make me something new since they’re clearly incompetent. Didn’t even bother for a refund either, never returning here, they weren’t busy with way too many staff working on Thursday night standing around...
