Update: This location has come a long way. I did return and give them another try. The service was courteous and quick. They did a great job directing traffic around those waiting. Appear to always double check the orders for accuracy!
Today was the last day I am going this location. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. The service is getting worse and today was the icing on the cake! I went through the mobile drive through around 1:15 .... As I was waiting right be the window they asked my name which I provided. They stated we don't have your order are you sure you ordered? I showed them the charge from by bank and the App ..... We don't have it you didn't make a mobile order. Finally a lady approached who appeared to know what she was doing explaining I had paid. Finally she stated we need you to come inside we will reverse the charge and then you can re-order. I stated I was late for a meeting and didn't have time. I asked how to cancel the order ..... She took my phone opened the cancel icon I selected it ...... She then stated if you go inside you can re-order. Again ..... I had a meeting (hence the mobile drive through). I left and called the Manager who I explained I was told it was my fault. No apologies simply just a "if you com back you can re-order". I mentioned I won't be coming back and just wanted to let you know you lost a customer. Yes the charge is still on my card ..... that will be handled tomorrow. Avoid this location at all costs ........
Read moreI just got back from the eye doctor to check my cataract in one of my eyes and I couldn't see the lane and the employee who was taking me order today (Molly) was just blantantly rude about not politely accommodating me. She told me that my eyes didn't matter and that and even going as far as saying they could accomodate other physical disabilities but that eyes didn't count even though I can't see the best out of one eye and missed the correct lane for the drive thru. Then when Molly told me to move to the other lane after being unneccessarily rude I tried to since there were no cars in the lane next to me but then Molly just began yelling at me again and told me I had to drive all the way around to leave the lane and go all the way around the line around the building again and re-enter the drive-thru line which took an extra 15 minutes. I can't believe she would discriminate against certain physical disablements but not others or in rather that she would help accommodate certain disabilities but not others. Visit at your own discretion, especially if you have a physical disablement for you might have to go through hoops just to order and...
Read moreWhat an amazing place! I ordered 12 chicken strips to take to a family dinner through the app. When I got there and pulled up, I gave my name and pulled up. A very sweet young lady came out immediately and gave me my order. I like that they have a lane designated for orders that are ordered and paid for in the app. I had never been to a Chick- fil- A before and I will definitely make it a regular stop. Due to their popularity at the dinner, I ended up only getting a bite of one and it was delicious!! After the dinner, at the last minute, I decided to go back for more strips and I just ordered there that time. They have a real human, not a box, there to take my order. I drove around to the window, paid, and got my food in just a few minutes. I wish they had one close to my house because even though they were cold by the time I got home, they were still so delicious!! I almost forgot that they gave me a free chocolate chunk cookie with my order and it was so yummy. Do yourself a favor and make this a regular...
