Fives across the board and the only complaint I have is that I wish I would of known about this place sooner. Definitely a local gem that needs to be shared because I have never had an all you can eat Italian Buffett that rivals and Surpasses even the Main Chain Italian Restaurant we all seen the commercials for. I'd like to start off by saying that I highly recommend my server Sophia who went above and beyond her duty to make sure I was well taken care of due to my disability. She kept my drinks coming even though I would only drink from a To- Go cup and kept plastic silverware for me as well on deck. She even went out of her way to make sure I wasn't seated by alot of people due to my anxiety. She's been there for awhile and plans on staying and I could tell she really enjoys her job and does it quite well. The food....AMAZING!!! I can't say it enough and Cinzetti's is a place where you can get a reservation through Google or Yelp. I got mine through Yelp and was there shortly after 5 when it opened. Upon entering you're greeted by a friendly smile and then seated. They have multiple areas to get your food and I started with the Pizza section whichis made right in front of you and their Taco Pizza though not Italianis a hit. I originally found this place looking for a Pizza Buffett that wasn't a Cici's and I fastly realized that this restaurant isn't about just Pizza which is tasty but about everything that's Italian and loved by many. I'll definitely be going to get a more in depth review but the pictures I took will show the caliber of this fine dining experience. Definitely romantic even though I was by myself but who needs a significant other when you can fall in love with Cinzetti's Italian Market. The Calimari was mouth watering and I savored every bite. The Canoli's had me rolling my eyes into the back of my head and I couldn't get enough of this all you can eat restaurant. The staff were super friendly and all I saw were smiles and people enjoying themselves from families to couples and even some lonesome doves like myself. The busiest days are on the weekends and I think you can just walk in but will have to stay seated in the grand foyer area until you are taken to your seat which won't take long if you arrive early when it opens. Words can't describe this place enough and you definitely need to try it when your in the KC metro area and I had no trouble finding this establishment which is located in Overland Park. A big shout out to Sophia and Cinzetti's for giving me a fine Italian Market experience that I'll never forget. I'll be back soon hopefully so I canget a more in depth review with many more photographs with the named of the dishes. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

No one greeted us, once I meet my party inside the lobby. Our server was very cheerie. Different foods were cold when eating them on the table. The cream sauce w/peas was not hot, excluding the meet put over the meat, neither were hot. It was sad, that us one of my favorite foods. The breakfast pizza was good, but another item was not hot. ▪︎While getting food, I watched a supervisor/chef wipe a counter area down, and keep walking past the 2 pieces of bacon on the floor, that someone could step on, and slip & fall. I told my friend so she wouldn't exactly step on it. He was wearing a dark gray chef outfit. ▪︎I was disappointed there so many items that were not hot, I was surprised on the anount. I am like aren't these (warming stations) working. Especially with the cost of this meal per person. I did not feel, the food was up to expectation. It has been, maybe 1 yr ago since I was last year. Sadly it has went down in quality.... ▪︎While walking to the buffet area, I saw a server (hiding in drink station), chatting it up with 2 other servers that were working, trying to get their drinks.....she had shoulder length brown hair. It made me think of her customers, hoping they had what they needed, since she was messing around. (Drink station was right behind the bar away). ▪︎They have this new machine, that you use with paying for your meal. I did not care of this machine thing, it is making for work for me. (Don't I already have enough things to already deal with). Then when we went to head out, we sat in lobby. Decided we wanted to get a photo of our 3 person party. My friend to the end of bar around to ask a women that was one of hostesses, she just ignored my friend, sad......where did all the customer service go. ▪︎I pray the manager seems my review, to educate their employees of being mindful of their customers.

We were looking for a spot to celebrate our son’s 2nd birthday party – Cinzettis was an obvious great choice because of their gourmet cuisine. They also had multiple room sizes – 20, 90, 170 member rooms to choose from. My initial conversation with Operating partner, Rolfe Loomis left me ambivalent – I was concerned about inviting a big crowd (since he required a minimum count) & the hall wasn’t big enough. Over-time I realized he was more flexible, in-person meetings gave me the feel that he really wanted us to have a good party & the minimum count wasn’t his #1 priority. The party on Nov2018 was a huge celebration, the staff were very friendly, supportive & enjoyable to work together. They had A/V systems working great, we got theme matching table cloths for our event (they have a huge selection of colors). The tables were setup like we requested them & Rolfe did a lot to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Thanks, Cinzetti’s.

Cinzetti’s has become a family favorite. We choose Cinzetti’s when we have family in from out of town, for special occasions, and sometimes just because! My kiddos love it here and as you can see in the picture-Cinzetti’s always goes the extra step-they brought my kiddo her own special slice of cake on her birthday! The food is amazing and there is enough variety to please most people. I give Cinzetti’s Italian Market 4 out of 5 stars because- 1) The food is always awesome, but consistency isn’t their strongest attribute. The glazed carrots and baked zucchini are my favorite items-sometimes they are fairly consistently cut and taste amazing. Other times they are in giant chunks, so the center of the carrots aren’t cooked properly and not nearly as good. 2) Try to time your arrival with peak business times in mind. The wait can be a bit lengthy if you get there in the middle of the dinner rush.

My family and I have been here often, but our server Bailey made this visit extra special! We came here to celebrate my mother as she goes through her journey with breast cancer, and Bailey made sure to recognize her by surprising her with a chocolate dessert! In addition to that kind gesture, our server was super sweet, attentive, and friendly! She made sure that all of our needs were met and was on top of EVERYTHING! The food was great as well! But having an amazing server made the experience even BETTER. We thank God for you Bailey! 🥰 hope you serve us in our next visit!
