Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Overland Park

First time I went though, I had great service, good sandwich, and an easy 5 star. Second time has some problems. There is a "make you're own sandwich" section where you can choose options from the menu. When I told the person I was going to go with that and then began listing my topings, they interrupted to tell me that I was ordering a number 4. We went back and forth for a while, them insisting it was a number four, and me insisting they listen as I list the ingredients. Eventually, I told them "I don't care how you enter it, I just want these specific things on the sandwich". I listed my ingredients and they read back a super convoluted setup of a different number. I said okay and we paid and left. When I got home, I discovered ingredients on there that I never said a word about. Other sandwhich for my friend (a number 9) was fine. I wont...

I am a big fan of Jimmy Johns but I would not recommend spending your money at this location. The past two times we have ordered delivery, something was missing. This last time, when I called to let them know our cookies were missing, they said they put them in the bag. I confirmed with them that I believed them but that by the time we got our food, there were no cookies. They said they would call the driver and get us the cookies. An hour later... no cookies. We called the store and the driver answered and said he came by and no one answered the door so he left them on the porch... We were sitting in our house the whole time, no one knocked or rang our doorbell. We have two dogs who would go crazy if they heard anyone even tap...

1 month ago, online order, ordered a meal with a drink. Meal arrived, no drink. Called em, manager said they would give a free drink on my next order, just call us next time (i was cool with that, mistakes happen). Today called em, asked if I could just do free chips instead, said "sure, no problem". Sandwich arrived 52 minutes later (yeah, i looked at the time). They charged my for the chips.
