Marco's continues to blow the competition out of the water. Made a call for a custom pizza and cheese sticks, in less than 30 minutes the driver was at our door with this beauty. Friendly and thankful for our business, which has been our experience every time. It's clear the team has pride in their job, which is hard to find in the world of pizza.

The pizza was not only great, but it was beautiful. Whoever made it obviously took pride in it. The thin crust is awesome and the veggies were crunchy and fresh. So good! Both the gentleman who took my order and the other who delivered were very friendly. Thanks for the great service and the delicious pizza!

Updated post: I have been contacted by the owner and have been provided with excellent service in resolution of my issue. Based on this experience, I am looking forward to ordering from this business again in the future. Thank you for reaching out so quickly and for exceeding expectations!

Original post: I placed an order for the first time. My order was incorrect when I received the delivery. I called the store and asked what my options were to correct the issue. The gentleman on the phone wasn't rude but was nonchalant, did not offer any options and the apology did not seem sincere. There was no manager available to speak to as well. Normally, it would not be a huge deal but my order is usually pretty minimal so it sucks when I'm missing toppings for the price paid. Customer service could use an...

I ordered Marco's Pizza/Garden Salad Delivery 11/10 and OMGOODNESS have I been missing out on the most delicious pizza I've had since leaving St Louis in 2008....truth. I customized mine... chicken, Bacon, mushroom, spinach, tomato, lite on white onion and their house pizza sauce...lite crust, lite bake and they did not disappoint. Bursting with flavor, every ingredient was flavorfully perfect, sauce is delicious, perfect crust choice, and the cheese was so so good. So the reason for my 4 star review, the first 2 days I ordered food it was amazing! Hot, fresh and arrived early, my hun would even be jealous of the smells. Yesterday though I ordered from the same location and my pizza was very disappointing. It was cold, and to top it off they were 30 min late than the time the food was supposed to arrive. My suggestion to you is if there is an older gentleman with lil words to say working, go in, everytime he brought me food it was awesome, if it's not him go somewhere else, cause the one time he didn't bring me my food it was a half hour...
