I've been to this location before and never had a problem, but today will be my last visit due to customer service. I will be going out of my way to another location in the future. The lady taking my order in the drive-thru was very rude and rushing me. I came at 1:06pm (2/2/2020). I was told there is no double cheeseburger meal anymore when I've been getting that meal for years. So I ordered one cheeseburger and she said "Is that all?" in a very rude manner. I said no, I'll also need a medium fry and a small dr pepper and she again said rudely, "That all?" and I again said no, feeling very disrespected and rushed at this point (there was only 2 cars in front of me and 4 cars in the parking lot--you shouldn't work at a fast food chain if you can't handle high stress situations--and this was NOT one. Like I said, it was not busy enough to act like this towards me). I continued with my order for my two children and she then proceeded to yell "Is that ALL??" as if my order was an inconvenience to her. Once I got to pay, the boy that took my payment was VERY polite. However, when I got to the window, the woman didn't say ONE word to me. Because of the following, I decreased my review to one star: She opened the window and just started handing my order out without saying anything. I tried to say thank you for my drink and she gave me a dirty look. How hard is it to say you're welcome when someone says thank you? Who hired someone with absolutely no manners to work a customer service position like this? I didn't say anything else to her as she rudely tosses me the rest of my food. I was seeing if she would say ANYTHING. Nope. Not even a "Have a nice day" after she gave me everything. I work a second job as a restaurant manager and this is completely unacceptable in my opinion. This woman needs to go back through training. I do plan to call over this because she just ruined my whole day and should NOT be treating people like this! And on Sunday--God's day! Read moreThe manager, Shaquella denied us our food that was already paid for that we had waited over an hour for. When I told her she needed to give us a refund if she did not intend to give us our order she said she could not do either, I told her she couldn't deny us food we already paid for and she began yelling at me. It took asking for a manager over 5 times before she would even speak to us, and it was her we were asking, she would make eye contact and then walk off! After I explained what she was doing was theft she magically managed to find a way to refund the meal, but that took 80 minutes from the time we initially ordered. When asked she said she did not know who the store manager was or a number for them, nor did she know who the owner was or any of their contact information. When I asked how that was possible she said she was new. I was so upset I was crying and just asking for her to give us our food or a refund so I could go home and she just would not, she treated us like we were lying about ordering food even though we presented her with the reciept and she knew we had been there waiting for over an hour. There were witnesses to what was going on and they began asking questions about why we did not have our food yet and why they would not give a refund. We finally found out that one of the staff had marked our order as an Uber order and that it had been setting on the counter for 40 minutes waiting to be given to us! I never recieved an apology from the manager nor did we receive the food, she did finally give us a refund after 80 minutes. I have never been treated so poorly. The one apology we did receive was from the staff member that marked our order incorrectly, he offered to give us our cold good or remake it but the manager would not allow that since she was finally going to give...
Read moreI ordered a #2 which the person ordering couldn’t hear and read back a #1 two times, I said coke, changed it to a mocha frappe. Get the order the fries were hard, it was a coke -so she obviously didn’t hear my order. Which I told the young man at the window, that was fine. And drove off. It ended up being a Diet Coke. That was the final straw. I walked in. Tried to put myself in their shoes. I see the manager (Mandy) directing her crew, walking in a circular motion as she is communicating with her crew directly. She was doing a fantastic job. And I also heard her doing drive thru orders in her headset. This tells me you are short handed. I also see a young gentleman (Malik) operating the drive thru station with a smile , great manners constantly saying yes sir/ma’am and doing double duty running the Fry machine. You could tell he was going above and beyond for her. Especially in this day and age of (well it’s not my job). This is a testament of his work ethic, and how Mandy treats her employees -respect!! My order was disappointing, but it wasn’t their fault. Maybe it’s a faulty headset because my order and another person came inside and said the same thing. But these 2 employees going above and beyond is why I’m giving you a 5 star. They represented your company extremely professional due to all the hurdles in their way. Especially it being noon.
