Please save yourself the time, money, and hassle, and go to a different McDonald's location down the street. My husband and I stopped by early in the morning for drinks and parked in the McDonald's parking lot while we waited for our day to start. Before leaving, I walked inside to use the restroom, and after getting back in my car, I looked up to see that I was followed by an older hispanic man. I was immediately uncomfortable having a stranger follow me and approach my vehicle without my permission. He approached my window, which was barely cracked, and threatened that he was going to call the police on us if we didn't leave immediately because it's a business and we've overstayed. This location is open 24/7. I told him we were paying customers, showed him the beverage cups, and said we had every right to be sitting in the parking lot but that we were getting ready to leave. Apparently, that wasn't the response he wanted because he replied, "Okay, I'll call them." I told him to go ahead. I informed him that I would be leaving a negative review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. and that I would be calling corporate to complain. Also, a male employee walked into the woman's restroom after me and started cleaning right outside of the stall door while I was using the toilet. He eventually said, "Hello?" and when I responded, he walked out and stood outside of the restroom doorway playing on his phone. Female employees need to clean female restrooms, and there was a female on duty because she walked out of the restroom behind me and shared words with the male employee on her way out. But when it comes to mobile order, curbside pickup, they are definitely lacking ! Seems like no one wants to go out to bring peoples food. I placed a mobile order for curb. Pickup, and I waited over 10min with no food. I had to go in to grab my food. Came home and they only gave me one hashbrown. Had to drive back to grab my 2nd one.i thought they are just busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 2nd time, I placed another order for curb pick up, I waited for about 5min. A customer went in and got their food and told me , I should go in bc they waited over 10min. I was like okay but I still have them the benefit of the doubt that they're just busy. Waited for 10min , no food came out. I Went inside and saw that my order was just literally sitting there !!!! At This point, they got all the drive though people and they are worried for Uber drive order more !!! Finally after waiting and waiting, I decide to just yelled out Can I have my mobile order please ? Its sitting right there this whole one. Large smoothie with a large fries. The lady was confused and didnt know what I was talking about. Then again I said its there, its behind that big bag order of Uber drive . Its blocking my order. She then looked and said its curbside not mobile order . I said yes its curbside parking 7 . It was mobile order placed ahead of time so I dont have to wait. Read moreMade a mobile order for a chicken Sandwich and fries, told them my order number and received one hamburger. Not even close to my order. It was pretty empty when I went there so I pulled thru and explained then they just told me to ‘come to the window’, so I go to the second window since nobody is usually at the first and nobody said anything specific. The nice woman who gave me my meal then tried to give me some other random food (there was a drink I did not order any drinks) so I pulled out my phone to show my order. Then a second woman looks annoyed and asks why I didn’t pull to the first window (probably because you didn’t tell me to??), then while I am trying to explain things the manager comes out and keeps motioning to pull in so I do, and he checks my online order. He looks thru the system and comes back with the right order, yay! Except he had to tell me he looked at the cameras to confirm it was wrong and something about honesty? And that he paid for the order? Overall a weird and very uncomfortable experience.
