Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Overland Park

So I have been to this Scooters twice in the past couple weeks. The first time was on a weekday morning. It was fast service and the ladies were sweet, though my egg bagel wasnt very warm in the middle. I didnt mind all that much since they were so nice and fast. The second time was earlier today and a young guy was working. It was on a Sunday and there was no one in line but this guy did not seem happy that we had the audacity to disturb his peace and make an order. He also very rudely corrected my friend on how to order the drink. It was something silly and petty that was unnecessary for the employee to correct (the emplotee didnt like us using the tern quad for four shots). My drink was good but my friend's drink had too much ice/wasnt blended enough so there were large chunks of ice. The guy made our experience horrible, so if I return, I only hope the nicer morning weekday workers will be working and...

The trip would have been 5 stars The girl on the drive thru headset was super polite and I even thought in my head how positive and polite her voice was. Then I get to the window and the manager/trainer is getting on to the drive thru worker and saying she needs to be short with customers and interrupt them. Which I wholeheartedly disagree with. I was also the only customer in line so there was no rush at all. We also only talked about things like "would you like an extra shot?" We weren't chatting about anything besides my order. Bad service. We waited in line waiting on just 1 car at the window for 15 minutes! We ordered 1 drink - got to the window- and they said the completely wrong drink and size and couldn’t even find our order. 3 employees only 1 making drinks. Then after their long discussion trying to figure it out she tries again repeating what we told her was the right drink and she still got it wrong! 25 minutes later we said never mind and took off. Ridiculous- if you’re having that much trouble call in the manager or owner for some help. Couldn’t even get out of the drive thru bc of the curbs and landscape. Never experienced such a...
