Crumbl — Restaurant in Mission

Walked into 60th & Metcalf store. Was completely ignored. One girl was standing behind the counter to the far left mixing up batter. Another was further in the back but directly in my line of sight. NONE of them spoke, greeted me said anything to me. They continued to do their other work without so much as acknowledging me. There was no excuse for this. I LOUDLY made my dislike of all of it KNOWN on my way to the door. I asked who I had to BE???(To get decent Customer Service!) I was utterly and thoroughly DISGUSTED! I also felt racially discriminated against. I controlled my anger and just left. I wanted to curse them and call them all TYPES of names, but I did not. I just left. I immediately searched online to notify their corporate and/or the owner and creator himself, but the number listed was not a working number. Those lousy employees need to learn what Customer Service is. That was my second time going in that store, or into any Crumbl. My first visit there was decent, but this visit has ensured that I will never return to that location. I probably won't go out of my way to find the next closest store,...

Crumbl Cookie honestly leaves me speechless, I literally can not talk because I am so focused on enjoying and savoring every single flavor the cookie has to offer. I absolutely love the way they rotate cookies out weekly!! They make sure to have a good variety of cookies every week so no one is left out! They make sure that the selection weekly is made up of not just chocolate and vanilla but those 2 flavors plus flavors that blow your mind! Their app is SO much more than just ordering cookies!!! You have your own personal COOKIE journal to make sure you are remembering what you like as well as what you would like to try! They are so confident in their flavors they want to make sure their customers are able to enjoy ALL they have to offer. I ordered 3 of the M & M cookies of which 2 of them had 2 M &M's & 1 of them had only 1 M & M. If your going to advertise M & M cookies the product should contain M & M's NOT chocolate chunks. I asked the manager on duty Monday August 12th around 5PM for a refund and she REFUSED! I will no longer go to the location in Mission, KS on Metcalf because of such POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
