Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Overland Park

Poor service. Poor quality drinks. Ordered a LARGE caramel blender. Got medium. I informed them of this error, even said I'd pay for the difference.. instead..they took it and added milk to a large cup which diluted the flavor. So I came back and had it remade...they gave me a medium frothy drink.. barely any ice...with the INCORRECT milk base. They said they were out of the ice cream based milk...if that's the case why did you offer me the drink and decide to make it with the incorrect base. These barista said "hope it's better for you", with attitude. And with that I decided not to come back to...

So my sister use to work there and they treated her poorly ! They didn’t pay her what they were supposed to pay her also she had to work in dirty filth ! It was her first job ever and she was the only girl of color that worked there and she said she has seen people use the bathroom and not wash their hands and go right back to making drinks she would have to keep herself from throwing up because the smell is inside there because of the drains is so very bad !! She is taking this very very hard !!! I would highly not recommend this place idk how the other scooters coffees are but this one...

Up until recently this place was awesome besides the fact that it was 50/50 whether they'd hold the whipped cream I asked them not to put on it. Whatever, I paid for the whipped cream so I'm not gonna cry about receiving it. In the past few weeks, though, it has been consistently bad. Now I'll admit I don't know how to make a blended caramelicous, but neither, apparently, do the people working at this location. Did you guys stop training? Whatever. I'm not coming back to...
