I ordered 2 Baja chicken wraps at the location on 9524 Antioch in Overland Park, Kansas. According to the menu, it comes with mashed avocado as part of its ingredient. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered it had NO AVOCADO (which was important to me). I immediately try to contact them by phone. Unfortunately, management has the phone set up where you can't talk to a real person ( instead, its an automatic voice telling you to place an order online). So that was the first problem. I then emailed corporate about it ... NO RESPONSE! That was the second problem. I was then left to go there in person. Mind you, I live further out in Missouri and I was not too happy about traveling back to this place in Kansas. Just so happens, the same lady that messed up on my food order told me she couldn't do anything about it. She said if I had brought it in the same day, then something would be worked out. So in other words, I was supposed to waste more gas and head back to Kansas that same day just because she forgot to add the avocado. This was the third and most irritating problem. She said since I didn't come back that same day, management requires them to charge me full price for a redo even though she caused the inconvenience. Another young teen came out of back room to make the two smoothies we chose from the menu, sadly we found the smoothies to be mostly ice with a very small amount of previously frozen fruit so it tasted like someone made a slushy using previous days slightly fruit infused water with mostly ice added. We took them home thinking since we spent about $7 per drink to add fruit but instead poured the whole two cups of smoothie down the drain and chose to not drink them or remake them at home because the quality of fruit to start is so poor and left a bitter taste in mouth. She decided to go request an exchange and instead of just a,"no, I'm sorry, I'm unable to do that".
