I had a very disappointing experience this evening at the Hobby Lobby in Owasso. I purchased 6 frames on Saturday for a special project I am working on. Four of the frames worked out perfectly. Unfortunately, they only had those 4 frames in stock (not the 6 that I needed). I made a different choice for the remaining two. Once everything was assembled and ready to be mailed, I realized there were flaws in both of the 2 alternate frames. I took them back this evening and was quickly told that I would not be getting the sale price for the two new frames I needed to puchase...even though I bought the defective ones during the sale and brought them back the very next business day. I was also rudely told that there was nothing wrong with the 2 frames I returned. I don't think this is how loyal customers should be treated. I informed the manager that I had always purchased my frames from this store and never had a problem until now. I also told her that I would no longer be shopping at this location on account of this situation. She shrugged her shoulders as if to say "who cares" and walked off. Read moreMy shoppping experience was very offensive ...i am a miniature collector and when i went to this store for the first time i spent a lot of time looking at all the minature items on each isle and couldnt decide which items i was going to buy because there are so many items to choose from and after i finally picked out the ones i was going to purchase i chose to look around the store and i had at several associates follow me thru out the store then the store manager began following me as well and stood next to me on one of the isles and made a rude comment referring to someone stealing and i had 3 different associates trying to sneak a glance in my purse and the manager stood by the register i was at the entire transaction and after i purchased my items i asked to speak with him and told him how i was offended being singled out in the store and he rudely acted like he had no knowledge as to what i was talking about and stated we do that with every customer but i never saw anyone else being followed and watched by several different employees ....if they felt i was stealing i would of gladly opened my purse up for them ...i wish they had a better security system than they...

A young lady was standing there and I asked if she was open, she said "go around" and continued to stand there. She directed me to the refund/exchange line and I didn't even notice, a couple minutes later, a young man asked if I had a return, I said oh no I'm in the wrong line.
