I do not usually do reviews that include decor or the atmosphere within a restaurant. I absolutely had to on this one. The restaurant is not set up for ADA people. I made the comment meant as we went in. The hostess said they absolutely were. What she didn't see was that the tables were too high and were too close, and there was a high rise on all booths. My wheelchair is not adjustable enough to fit. There is a metal handrail that is in the middle of the floor that blocks wheelchair access to the restrooms. I had to ask a couple to move and help me get past it. Embarrassing. Now to the job that I do. The service was amazing. After answering all the questions I had, i was very pleased. The manager even came out and confirmed and answered some of the questions I had. Time between order and serving was 37 mins. This was at 5 pm with about a 1/3 of the house full. I ordered the 12oz ribeye (Blue), stemmed broccoli, and crab cakes. My wife got the 8oz sirloin (WD)and bake potato. We got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. The mushrooms came out about 10 mins after order. They are fresh and battered (lightly). They are good, but very bland. There is no seasoning at all. The entrées came out next. The crab cakes we cold and frozen in the middle. I sent them back immediately and asked for them to be taken off the bill. My 12oz ribeye was a normal plump looking ribeye. I'm used to. It was as if it was sliced in half. The temperature was spot on and seasoned so well. I was absolutely amazed. Now the high comes crumbling down. The stemmed broccoli was bland and almost tasted boiled. My wife's steak was medium rare, almost rare, and cold. She ordered well done. The baked patato was hard and dry. Covered in process cheese. As you can tell from the pictures, most of the food was left uneaten. I am only putting a 3 star because of the steak. If it wasn't for the steak, this would easily be a 1 star. When we left, the house was still 1/3 full at 6 pm on a...
Read moreIt was a Monday evening, my husband and I wanted to honor our wedding anniversary and we chose to go to Logan's Roadhouse for a salmon dinner. Since we like our salmon moist, we ordered medium rare to get that hue of freshness in the center. Well, the salmon that landed in front of me was more than well-done. It was charred. "That's not what I ordered!" I exclaimed to the server. "The chef ought to be ashamed for serving us charred salmon when we specifically asked for medium rare." The server should have know better not to bring us the exact opposite of what we ordered. My husband's salmon looked better but when he tried it, it was extremely salty! The manger came to our table and instead of just simply saying, "we will fix this for you," he went on to say, "we didn't know what kind of temperature you wanted." What did that even mean??? We simply asked for medium rare and we got charred salmon. My husband was ready to bolt but I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves. There's always that untrusting feeling/thinking when one complains (legitimately or not) about their meal, (what kind of bad things are they going to do with our food?) and my husband was uncomfortable with that. They corrected themselves, but that wasn't the point. The point was, that charred salmon went through a couple set of eyes, and should not have been served--at all! At the end of our meal, our server apologized over and over again and she tells us that Mondays are the worst time to go there for dinner because that's when the bottom on the list of chefs (worst chef, who always gets the weekends off) is...
Read moreWe came here to treat ourselves for my birthday and everything was pretty disappointing. We were sat quickly and waited over 20 minutes to have anyone take our drink order. We had to physically get up to have someone come to our table since we had been left unattended since arrival. We went ahead and order our drinks and food, the drinks came out and mine was wrong. When our food arrived it was not cooked correctly. We waiting another 20 ish minutes for them to cook the steak the rest of the way. Once those came back upon first glance the steak looked good but as you ate it all you could taste was it being burnt and over cooked at that point. We waitress never checked in on us to see how we were doing. When we tried to get the issue resolved about the food the waitress said she’d handle it and then the manager came out and said he’d handle it. Another 15 minutes go by and the waitress shows up and asks if we needed anything else and we told her we were still waiting on the check to be corrected. She left and came back with that and they didn’t even take the full price of both the steaks off of the check. We clearly didn’t eat or enjoy the meal they provided and overall the experience was not good. There were many mistakes from wrong drinks (twice), to forgetting our sides as well as the steaks not being handled well with attention to how...
