Panda Express — Restaurant in Owasso

I had to write a review due to the poor treatment and service at this panda express. My wife brought us home lunch so we could have a late lunch together. When I opened the bag her order was missing. We both get in the car to go back. Driving back to the store we believe talk about it and say 1. the food we have is now cold and 2. We now waste 45 minutes of our time and gas to go back to the restaurant we asked them to replace our entire $16 order. Seems fair. They are actually only compensating us 1 meal, $8 for our patience, time, and gas. We pull up, explain it, the person at the window says she will have to get her manager. Someone else comes, we assume the manager, but she says she has to call the manager. Call the manager? You don't have a manager or someone that can make a common sense decision on duty? Plus it's not like it's a $40+ dollar decision. You messed up. Figure it out. We dont argue, yet. She leaves and the original person comes back. Can you pull around and wait to talk to the manager. We say no. We need someone to figure this out. She slams the window. My wife then asked for a refund the which the person pushed the window, in a huff shut and walked away. The second person returned and asked for my wife's driver's license. She said you can have my card to refund. But I find it curious as to why the employee only asked for her driver's license. I would love to have someone, a manager or higher, explain to me why they needed a drivers license to give a refund but not a card for a refund? It was an extremely poor experience and we will...

Arriving at Panda Express (Owasso) at about 347. We had an absolutely poor experience. Understanding that they are probably not staffed for much of a rush during untraditional eating hours, we had about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Each person walking by looking busy. Once the young lady came over to us we were informed the shrimp meal displayed over her head on the sign was an old promotional item that is no longer available. Once again being understanding we placed our order for another item they had on the line. The lady then looks at the item noticing it didn’t have much in it then looks back at us with a dirty look on his face. She then asked if we wanted it to go or to stay there. I said we will eat there she again looks at the dining area looking at the the table of 10 setting behind us then back to us with that dirty look on her face again. We knew we would have to wait for our food if we wanted it fresh again knowing we were there during non traditional dining times but that seemed to be a problem with this young lady. After the 2nd dirty look and the condescending tone in her voice I informed the lady we would take our business elsewhere and would not return. I am the general manager of an establishment in Tulsa and I would be absolutely furious if I found out one of my staff members treated any of our guests in this manner. If I could give zero starts I would! The new "manager" "Padaw"!! who I don't know how she everrrr got into that position with the terrible customer service she continusly gives every time I am here I have been a customer for this exact location for years and I can say when she has come to this restaurant the food quality, the customer service and waiting time has went totally DOWN HILL!! I can honestly say the employees there don't even seem to enjoy thier job because of the constant nagging and poor coroperation this woman has for her employees they aren't as cheerful as they used to be and she also rubs me the wrong way on a racial level she has gotten rid of two colored girls who absolutely rocked the place! Always smiling and polite and they always made sure you were taken care of. Once they were gone it's been very dull here! Padaw is a discusting individual and she needs to be removed immediately!! she ALWAYS has a attitude and never smiles she seems like she really doesn't enjoy her job and if it's going to be a problem she needs to find somewhere else!! This place is very tasteless and unpleasant ever since she's started here everyone has their own personal issues but in a work environment it's unacceptable! I am a 5 year customer and I am truly...
