The service here is absolutely horrible. My family of 5 arrived at 2:00 we were seated and we got ignored. At 2:15 I had to hunt down the hostess and ask her to find our server. The server finally came to our table about 5 min later. She quickly took our drink order then ran away, even tho we said we were ready to order. She brought us some of our drinks and had to be reminded of the others. We finally ordered at 2:45. We got some of our food, not all of it at about 3:00. About 5 min later I realize that we didn't have any blue cheese sauce. I then had to hunt down the hostess again to ask her to find the server. About 10 min later she came back. We told her we needed the sauce, the rest of our food and drink refills. She says ok and disappears. 15 min later I had to hunt down the hostess AGAIN and ask her to find our server. She came back several minutes later with the sauce only and then had the nerve to lie to our faces and try to tell us that they were out of blue cheese. (She just sat it on the table, there is no way they were out if it's sitting on the table). We never got the rest of our food or any drink refills. I was finally able to get a check and to go boxes. As I was packing up the assistant manager came over and asked how we were. I told her the entire story and all she had to say was "can I clear these dishes out of the way?" Needless to say we will never be back. There are lots of other places to eat in town that would gladly give us...

I am a former employee that recently quit on good terms because I have recently received a chance to further my career. Today I was unjustly kicked out of my former store for no reason, I have never had any complaints when I worked there and was well liked by many other employees and guests. I’ve seen plenty of former employees, fired or quit, come in when they please. Not allowing me to come into a former establishment I worked with for almost a year without any reprimands is ubsurd and shows a complete lack of leadership in the GM/Owners of the Owasso store. The GM has made it very clear in his actions that my expulsion from the store has nothing to do with work rather than a personal vendetta he has against myself. Another former employee also was unfairly kept from being a bartender because of his race and gender saying he needed to undergo proper bartending classes that no other bartender at the establishment had obtained. While “training” he was not allowed the 7.25 that is he should’ve been paid. He soon was “terminated” after he refused to work under the conditions he was dealing with. He also came in when called, stayed late when asked, would open and close without being allowed breaks because “they needed help” while other coworkers were allowed to leave early including the bartender, with him staying to finish their duties.I will not be recommending the owasso bdubs to any future guests or associates of mine due to the lack of fairness...

This may have been our last visit to BWW Owasso. Very Sad. To start, yes, we know it was game day, yes, we know it was going to be busy. A beautiful fall day, we arrive and not a big crowd inside, and only 2 people on the patio. We go in and tell the hostess we will be dining on the patio, she says go ahead, someone will be with us shortly. After 20 minutes of waiting, my wife goes in to ask if there is anyone covering the patio. She is told someone will be right out, well, that was another 10 minutes. Finally ordered drinks, and got 2 menus for 4 of us. After another 10 minutes, we got our waters....much longer for the beers. We were quick to order so we didn't have to wait another 30 minutes for the server to come back for our order. Meanwhile, the place is filling up. We are still hoping that our order got in before a lot of the others. No luck, another 40 minutes, we got our food....overcooked and relatively cold. No ranch, no napkins, no condiments and NO effort by server to bring any. Other tables around us were still waiting for their water or to order. We saw the manager come out and address one large table that over half of the group just left....did he talk to anyone else? Nope! Probably ran back to his office to hide.

We always enjoyed this place, but the current management and improper training of staff may have just been the last straw.
