On 10/31/20 the experience this Taco Bueno location on 86th St in Owasso was beyond shocking and yet disbelief. There were two separate individuals already waiting for their orders when I arrived inside. One girl was placing many separate orders in front of me, what shocked me was after she placed all her orders seconds later she went behind the counter to start fixing all of her separate orders. Obviously I realize of course she is an active employee just wasn't on the clock. I asked the two other parties how long they had been waiting on their orders, I was shocked to hear they had been waiting for over 20 minutes. One of the ladies came up to check on her order and the young man at the register responded back "do you want a refund" the customer said "no, I'm just checking the status of my order" the employee responds back rudely to the customer "do you see our drive thru it is backed up" I quickly stepped in with response to the employee that should not matter you have customers that have placed orders inside the restaurant that are equally wanting their orders just as the drive thru customers, and that I suggested he go and help the line by packing orders being made rather than stand there doing nothing. Let me go back to the girl that is an employee there yet clearly was off duty that went behind the counter to make all her separate orders, by doing that she got all of her orders yet that bumped back the two customers that had previously placed their orders and had been waiting over 20 minutes to get their food. One of the older employees working the line walked towards me to retrieve my receipt and I said no, that those ladies in the back of the restaurant had been there much longer than me and to make it right with them, this employee through his hands up in the air and said "I'm done" and proceeds to walk out of the restaurant in the back of the store. I was in disbelief how employees could behave in such a way but after confronting the manager on duty I can see why. Read moreThe customer service there sucks in the drive thru and front counter. They are rude as hell. I went through the drive thru and the guy at the window was giving me attitude when I asked for salsa. Then, had to go inside because they forgot to put something in my bag like they always forget. When I went inside the guy that was at the drive thru was just standing around, and looked at the manager who was on line helping when there was a line in the drive thru and nobody waiting in line at the counter. The guy at the drive thru looked at the manager that was helping and told him hey there’s front counter. But instead of getting away from the drive thru for a min when he was doing nothing. He could of come helped me real quick. But instead the manager got off the line and started to come help when finally what I’m assuming the front counter cashier came to the front and then wanted to give me attitude. Poor customer service. Then when I get home, start eating my muchaco, and there was a long piece of plastic in my food. Then, there was a hair in my beans. I honestly should report this place. Cause I have young kids, and what if their food had something like this in it. That’s why I’m telling people to not eat at this bueno because they seem to not care. I was a manager at a fast food place before, and I would not let my staff give this kind of service and I would not let one of my staff memebers give me orders especially when they are doing nothing. Read moreI usually go to this Taco Bueno often but recently every time I go it just seems like the service gets worse. Today I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes for two tacos, a large chips and queso, and one cheesecake chimi. When I arrived home, I opened my queso to be faced with a gritty, chunky, and strange tasting queso. I attempted to call up twice to remedy this and nobody picked up the line either times. The workers are obviously not focused on their job and have no care. The company obviously has no care either, because they’re consistently understaffed. I’ve gone through the drive-thru many times to sit at the speaker for minimum 10 minutes because the only employee working couldn’t handle the two car rush. Furthermore, staff are constantly unfriendly from having an overall rude tone to purposely missing items without saying anything. Most of the time when I have time to go back through the drive-thru, the worker usually says something along the lines of “we don’t have _” (even though they did not inform me of this when i ordered) or “i knew I forgot _”. This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed with service but this is definitely the worst. Every time I go I feel as though I face missing items, low quality food, and snail-paced service.
