Managers at this hotel are very unprofessional and rude. There were a couple front deck employees that went above and beyond, they always greeted us when we came in even if we made several trips. (Thanks Mercedes and Robert ). Day time front desk was the worst. Don't know her name but she drove a Lexus that parked right by the front door, extremely rude, rolled her eyes if you ever asked her anything.
We stayed on the 3rd floor for a few months and had ants pretty much the entire time. Only one shower head worked. Cleaning the room was optional due to covid, and they said they would not enter the room without our knowledge, which is a lie. They went in our room numerous times but never said why. It wasn't to clean it bc I would go downstairs to get sheets and towels and do it myself. They didn't leave a note only knew a few times bc of family being next door. Most of the maid staff didnt understand English. One time I was locked out and was talking to a family member in the hall, a guy walks up to my door and starts to go in, I said um can I help you he looked shocked and didnt seem to understand what i was saying. But said he was checking to see what was in the room. Then the regular cleaning lady on that floor was halfway down the hall come walking up talking to him in spanish, and he just shuts the door and starts to walk off, I said can you unlock it for me (which maids usually do) he says no go to the front desk, so I go downstairs and rude girl was on the phone with someone, took forever to assist me, I get off the elevator to see the same guy walking down the hallway from our room.
Breakfast was ok according to other family members. Did have 2 washer and dryers on site, washer smelled, and dryers took two times to dry. But still cheaper them laundry mat.
A family member tripped on the rug when you walked in and EMSA took her to the ER and her should broke . Not one time did the Manger ever ask how she was doing, however the two employees mentioned above always asked how she was.
Ac didnt work the best. But the room we stayed it was pretty good size. Snacks in the lobby were very...
Read moreHad the longest hotel stay of my life here and it was wonderfully made worth by the hospitality at HOME2SUITES by HILTON in Owasso, Oklahoma! I really enjoyed my stay here with peace! When I got back to the hotel after work hours, I always found my bed sheets and pillow covers changed, my trash cans emptied, and my bathroom cleaned and replenished with supplies - ample of towels (face, hand, and bath). Kudos to the staff here who worked tirelessly to make things fall in place and earn this review. They also provided a skillet and an induction gas top to make your life easier, along with a fridge, dishwasher, a set of dishes, bowls, tea cups, and water glasses in the room. Nice comfortable bed, iron and iron board, and enough storage space.
A special mention to the people at front desk who always made me feel welcomed; KEITH, COREY, SAMANTHA, and GABRIEL. Lovely people who absolutely were great at their job! All thanks to the including breakfast which had so many options to choose from. Helped me start my day well.
The hotel has the a wonderful lobby place, an outside fireplace, clean swimming pool, laundry room, gym, and a mini-market where you can buy some essentials during your stay, available 24/7. It has a quiet and safe parking place within the premises. An ATM is right across the street.
Great connectivity to Highway 169 from the hotel. Supermarkets (Walmart & Target), IHOP, Chipotle, and pharmacies, were all just a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
ALL IN ALL - A wonderful hotel and way above my expectations. I have been in various hotel chains in the United States, but personally, I'd rate this one as the best so far. Wish I had pictures/videos to share. But whatever you see on their...
Read moreBeen a Hilton Honor Member for years and I admit, I'm partial towards the chain. Last week I stayed at the Home2 Suites in Owasso for the week. Honestly one of the best experiences. I love staying in a suite because of the roominess.
What stands out about Home2 Suites is that the suite came with a kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher, full size fridge, and kitchen utensils and dishes. Not just your sink, mini fridge, and microwave.
Room comfortably sleeps 5 with two queen beds and a sofa bed with extra comforter and pillows. There's also a full dining table that rolls out and neatly stows under the counter space.
Pool is outdoors with pool towels available and hamper for your used towels. I stayed on the shallow end.
Housekeeping visits every other day, but if you need additional makeup wipes or toilet paper, you can always ask the hotel.
Breakfast was a little different each day. I enjoyed that coffee was available all the time in the lobby. I really appreciated the hot breakfast. Basically its proteins (eggs, chicken and pork sausage, bacon) and bread (buttermilk biscuits, French toast, croissant) neatly arranged in a heated display case. You construct your own breakfast sandwich or have it a la carte.
Customer service at the front desk was on point. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Home2 Suites will be one of my preferred hotels from Hilton. Totally on par with Embassy Suites, but so much more...
