Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Owatonna

I had a horrible experience at the owatonna mn location. I walked in, the clerk (Jake) at the register didn't say hi, etc.. he didn't say one word. I placed my order. He didn't say anything, not even a total. I said "is that the total? You haven't said anything" pointing to the amount on the machine. He laughed and said he was trying to see how long it would take for me to say something. I felt very offended. I then felt uncomfortable with him making my pizza.

When he finished making my pizza, he set it down, again not saying one word. Not asking if ive ever made one of your pizzas before, or that my order was ready. I sat a few more minutes, thinking maybe that wasn't my order. Then he quietly said "um your order is right there. " I said "I didn't hear anything, my name or anything" he said he thought I could see he was done with it. I said I thought it was very rude he didn't greet me, or talk to me or tell me it was done. He started laughing. I said I don't think it's funny. Another worker agreed, it wasn't funny. I love papa Murphy's but if that's the kind of treatment people are going to get at that location, I will stop going. It made my daughter who was with me uncomfortable too. Just awful. It really...

Why don't you guys just permanently close your doors instead of stringing people along that you are a legit business? One day you are open, the next you are closed, one day you are taking phone orders, the next you won't, one day there are tons of people working, the next day there is only one, sometimes you can't even get one person to show up, so you are closed because you can't get anyone to work. I drove across town for an order that you said would be ready in five minutes, and you ended up not having ingredients or stock for, so I didn't get anything. Papa Murphy's in Owatonna is a joke. Who manages or owns this place?

ETA: I have zero expectations, and am not surprised you left a thinly-veiled snarky reply. I don't need to leave more details because you have experienced the same right with me! Out of stock ingredients, short-staff, employees unwilling to show up for work, locked doors when you should be open, not answering the phone when you say you're open, etc. And mis-management. If this Papa Murphy' closes, down I will miss it. Papa Murphy's has become an awesome part of my life. When you don't want to buy a pizza at a grocery store, then I always pick Papa Murphy's.
