Arby's — Restaurant in Owensboro

We went through the drive through at this location and was treated rudely by the lady working the window. I believe she was upset with other employees or with the manager. She took her anger out on us, ignored a question and slammed the window on us. To make matters worse we called the restaurant to speak with the manager and he blew us off. To make matters even worse, after we got a disappointing response from the manager we called the corporate customer service number. She took our information and we are still waiting for follow up. The cost of fast food has gone up dramatically. I realize a store manager or an employee has no control over pricing but to pay that kind of money and get average to bad food and bad service is not acceptable. I love owls and Arbys having that owl logo drew me in. While waiting in line for some fresh Owl Beef I spoke with a nice man named Dr. Vaggers. (A genius german medical professional), anyway he told me how when he runs out of human bodies for his expirements he uses Arby's Owl meat! Delightful!!! His latest creation he sells back to Arbys for a profit and many call it a "Meat Mountain". Me on the other hand knowing the secret and the owl meat usage know this item is actually the lovely "Dr Vaggers Monster". Arby's is the cheapest place to buy never frozen roast Owl, and now they have the cheap owl sliders even cheaper! Great establishment I feel alive...

🍔🍟First off, the curly fries, beef and cheddar sandwich smothered in thd cheddar nacho cheese, and roast beef on those amazing buns! And some mozzarella sticks and a jamocha shake on the side. I don’t get it often, but it’s hella good. The Arby's sauce is my top sauce for everything dipping sauce related. Even got a bottle at home. This location was fast and friendly when we went through the drive thru for lunch on our trip. The outside building and parking lot had a clean and presentable appearance. My overall experience was great, and this was definitely a location that deserves five stars when it comes to all expectations with fast food...
