First time purchasing and I am hooked!!! I ordered the sugar cane sweet tea with a shot of black cherry. Let me tell you, I thought I had my most favorite tea from a local fast food chicken place , but move over chicken restaurant because this tea will cause your mouth to do a peppy happy dance inside. Very quenching, cold, and tastes like true cherry which just accompanied the tea well. Next, I tried the potato salad and I was surprised. It's not as pickely if that's a word like other potato salads and not vinegary tasting either. Just the right amount of pickle also has eggs which I love in a potato salad. Very creamy and that paprika seasoning makes it tastes like something I had at a banquet many years ago when I was a little girl. Tastes like something your Aunt Betty would make. Food that brings back memories feels comforting to me and that potato salad is a winner in my book. Next thing I tried was their club sandwich but I opted for the baguette bread. Note a word of caution:. if you don't have a big wide mouth to eat this sandwich then I'm afraid it's not for you. Lol! Go ahead try it if you dare! Let your mouth go on an adventure. You'll be glad you did. Very fresh and hardy tasting with green salad mix which I love and smoky bacon and meat piled high. It's definitely worth every penny and every bite to consume it. So move over sub sandwich restaurants this place rocks!!! My son tried the chili and I ate it as well it's a little on the spicy side but not too spicy and it's chunky too. The enormous big baked potato with the veggies and cheddar jack cheese he had was fresh and tasted like a good roasted potato. My daughter had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich and I tried it. It's really smoky and lots of meat and cheese with that smoky bacon and a good pretzel roll. The sugar cane lemonade tastes sweeter than any other we've tried and the lemon is bursting with flavor. Our thoughts overall: yes we will go back again for sure. They were nice and we used the pickup window since we ordered online ahead of time. It was also faster than most fast food restaurants. Today I downloaded the app and ordered one meal around 11:20. It said to pickup at 11:45. Then at 11:45, I received a notification that my order was ready and to walk inside and go to designated pickup area. I walked in to find no such area. There were about 25-30 people waiting in line to place an order and the drive-thru was 10plus cars deep and not moving. It’s a pretty new place so I get it. However when I found someone (bald manager) and asked him where I pickup app order, he said there isn’t a place and to either get in back of either inside or drive thru line. I showed him my phone that says my order is ready and asked why place an online order if have to still wait in line behind people placing orders. He said that is how it works. I asked if I could just cancel then, he asked if I already paid online (which I had), and he said no then. He said he’d go check on my order and see where it is. He never came back over to me and now the 4 other women who came in with online orders. We stop a young employee a few times to ask what is going on (she was very nice) and she’d check and say it’s almost ready. After 50 minutes and no food and no apology from the manager who would look in our direction but did nothing, I demanded a refund and a woman came from the back and gave me one. Not one word from the rude bald manager. I am extremely patient and know they are new, but that is no excuse for zero customer service and no apology from the manager standing 10 feet from those of us who had been standing for nearly an hour waiting on an order that we had been told was ready. The Staff are known for their friendly and outgoing nature as well as their notable hospitality, and, if you come semi-regularly, they will make a point to surprise you by remembering your name. They have very large and unique-themed salads, savory soups, delicious chilli and very large and satisfying, perfectly baked baked potatoes with many options for toppings. They have tables outside as well, so you can profit from good weather and good food ☺.
