Wendy's — Restaurant in Owensboro

This place is an absolute joke. Ive been going there every other day when I get off work and every time they're unprofessional and have an attitude. they claim to never have any thing that I order no matter what it may be. I went there a few days back for chili and a frosty to my "surprise" they did not have it ,i came back tonight yet again same Ole speil. this time they didn't have chili or my wife's chicken sandwich coincidentally. not even to mention no matter how slow the place may be they will insist on making you pull up and wait or park in a spot and wait for your order no matter how small it maybe. to continue the lady in the drive thru at night is a creep and very unprofessional she acts as if she's having a nervous break down and she likes to victimize her self. she'll ask how's your night and when you say good how's yours she'll go on a tangent trauma dumping and victimizing her self complain how her job is so hard and how her life is so bad. the whole experience is weird and very negative. tonight will be the last time I eat here. to the weird lady who all ways calls me "mr Zach" for some creepy reason I hope you seek mental help. as an added take away they all ways let me edit my order on the app when they are "out" of what ever it is I order interestingly enough tonight when I placed my order she said I can edit it and reorder somthing as usal this time when I told the weird lady no I was going somewhere else she then accepted the order to be spiteful so I was charged 20$ for an order I didn't even receive that they claimed to not have. I will be calling corporate tommrow. least not forget the guy who brought me out my order a week ago I asked where's my drinks?all he said ok cool and goes walks away and sets down at the pick nick table outside and just starts smoking and ignores me. this place needs to be overhauled...

BY FAR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WHOLE TOWN!! THE GM HERE IS RIDICULOUS AND CONDUCES BEHAVIOR THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF GETTING THE NAME OF REPLACEMENT ORDER JUST FOR THEM TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A LIER.... THIS MANAGER INSTEAD OF TRUSTING A CUSTOMER BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIM THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT JUST COME IN AND SAY THEY TALK TO SOMEONE & GOT A FREE MEAL. FOR 1 IS NOT MY FAULT, THAT WOULD SIR BE THE EMPLOYEE WHO GAVE THE MEAL OUT.OH AND  BECAUSE HE SAID THAT MANAGER WAS OFF, SO THAT'S WHY HE QUESTIONED IT  I'M SO SORRY I GOT MY DAYS MIXED UP ( SOME OF US HAVE A LOT GOING ON). I  WAS OFF BY 1 DAY BY THE WAY SHOWED HIM ON MY CALL LOG & SAID I DONT HAVE A REASON TO LIE.....  HE TOOK IT SO FAR TO CALL THE MANAGER WHO I SAID I SPOKE TO RIGHT IN FRONT  OF ME, OFF HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE, TO "VERIFY" WHAT I WAS SAYING WAS TRUE. LIKE WHAT IS THE POINT OF WRITING NAMES DOWN OR EVEN ASKING A NAME IF YOU ARE GOING TO QUESTION THE CUSTOMER LIKE THAT? HE THIS PROCEDED TO TELL ME I WAS THE ONE BEING DISRESPECTLY AND THAT HE DIDNT HAVE TO REPLACE  AND THAT I  COULD CALL COORAPERATE AFTER JUST VERYING THAT WHAT I SAYING WAS ABSOUILTY TRUE PER HIS PHONE CALL TO THE OTHER MANAGER. I TOLD HIM I WOULD AND LEFT THE STORE. I WILL NOT BE BACK SOOOO MANY OTHER CHOICES IN TOWN. I HAVE NEVER BEEN PUT IN A SPOT TO FEEL SO EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF PEOPLE FOR SIMPLY TRYING TO GET SOMETHING THAT WAS WRONG TO BEING WITH. AGAIN EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL UNLESS YOU WANNA BE CALLED A LIER OR GET YOUR FOOD WRONG...

Closed randomly on a Friday night at 5:30 with no thing posted and their lights all on so people kept waiting in their drive through. I tried pulling up to their window to suggest turning off their drive through lights so people would stop wasting time not realizing they had closed.

There was an older lady that ignored me after seeing me at the window and a younger girl that saw me and just held her hands in an “X” to say they were closed. When I tried to signal to ask one of them to come to the window, the younger one just yelled “we’re closed” from 10 feet away through the closed window like I didn’t understand what was happening (I’m 39, so not quite senile yet). The teenager is one thing, but I’d expect a woman around my age to have the maturity to come to the window and have a quick conversation instead of trying to pretend I didn’t see her look at me and then look away. I don’t know what’s going on at this store, but there’s plenty other options and I have no need to go back here.

I ended up going to the Wendy’s on Frederica and got dinner from them...
