Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oxford

you'll find my first review below. 6 months later and this location has NOT improved. in fact, it's gotten worse. every time i have ordered within the past 2 months, my order has been incorrect or missing items (been going in the drive thru and using doordash). the quality of the food has gone down - don't get me wrong, still tastes like taco bell, but be prepared to either have two handfuls of lettuce/tomato on your food or none at all. i got a crunchwrap a week or two ago and it had almost no veg, the crunchy shell inside was missing, and it was burnt. left in the press too long, i guess. lastly i'll mention the staff. if you go during the day the service is okay, but if you go in the evening or at night, be prepared for attitude. that's the best dish this location has right now - sassiness. desperately wish someone would come and get this location into shape! i don't think i will be visiting this location for a while.

8/10 times you order from this location your food will be made incorrectly. if not the whole order, /something/ will be wrong. if you ask for a specific number of sauce packets when you mobile order or use doordash, they always put a stupidly large amount of sauce in the bag on top of your food, which will cause your order to become squished under the weight of them. i really didn't want to leave this location a bad review because i believe in giving food places more than one chance, but......

I understand that the inside was closed. I would normally go inside for a large order. I had to go to the drive-thru and ordered six box combos intending for them to go to three separate houses. The cashier was extremely friendly but all six orders were shoved into one bag. I had to touch everybody's food twice and order to separate it from each household. Everything on the bottom is squished. It would have been more convenient had the orders been put in actual boxes or at least separate bags indicating one person's meal from the others 12/22/22. Again, I ordered 4 boxes and all the food was shoveled into one bag. All the chips fell out of the bags and I didn't have time to separate everyone's order before I had to go back into work. I grabbed a soft taco and sent the rest home for them to sort out and redistribute the chips. Seriously! If you run out of boxes, atleast bag the meals separately! I give up on taco bell. Our meal cost about 21 dollars. We ALWAYS go to this location because the food is always fresh and hot. Tonight was a totally different story, we dined in being we wanted out food fresh and hot. Our food was cold, I had tons of water coming out of my burrito supreme, my fiance his chicken was cold, cold to eat. Went to the register due to no Pepsi in the drink machine, 6 times. Not one person acknowledged me standing there, even after I yelled, "excuse me" several times. Not one person even looked at me. They were not too busy at the moment. We were there from 9:37pm u til 10:02pm. The meat in my burrito was so cold it was inedible. Being I had paid for a drink and could not get it, and being one employee walked right past me at the counter to go on break, I threw my food away. Will be calling corporate about this visit. I'm furious I paid for a drink and food that I did not get (drink)and food that could not be eaten. Am very disappointed at the staff for not even acknowledge a customer at the counter.
