Closed — Restaurant in Oxford

I order from this place at least once a week. I ordered two pho's and spring rolls for pick up. However, when I get home there are no Spring Rolls. Ok, things happen no big deal, however when I get back to the restaurant, I explain the issue, the manager pulls my order up and sees he did charge me for spring rolls, but says he cannot make them for me b/c they are closing. It was only 7:30pm and they don't close until 8:30pm. He pulled $8 out of tip draw and paid me cash for the spring rolls but I noticed he kept the tip I gave him. Bottom line, the manager just couldn't be bothered with it b/c they must have been closing early or something and he just wanted to get out of the store. Food is good, but the customer service is lacking greatly. Mistakes happen, not taking the time to fix them and make it right,...

This restaurant has been here a couple of years, I don’t know if the have recently changed their page because the only reviews here are very recent. They seem to frequently change the menu and the decor, but the pho tastes the same. The pho here is excellent! For $16 you get a huge bowl of broth, large helping of noodles and a choice of proteins with bean sprouts, jalapeños, cilantro, onions, basil served...

Ordered beef pho soup. Had very little meat in it and restaurant didn't give me any basil on my condiment plate... Just soy sprouts and jalapeno. My friend ordered banh mi sandwich. He also complained very little meat and mostly pickled veges. Would not go back to this restaurant after this...
