I had a great experience in the store. I dealt with John Tolbert and one of the managers. I wish I could remember her name but she was great also. We had a great experience in the store. I only wish when they told you that you get the money for the protection plan back if you don't use it, that it was actually in the form of a credit on a future purchase of regular price over this amount etc... They had a great selection and great prices. I bought a bedroom suite for my son and I had it set up for delivery.
The delivery process was a nightmare and I'm still unsatisfied with the fee I had to pay after the issues. The delivery process is not controlled by the store. They do not deliver the product, they are more or less a show room. That is fine. So this is not a shot to the store. It was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. That morning we emptied his room. Loaded the older furniture up and took it to storage.
You must confirm your delivery through a text or email. Both have your delivery address on it. Mine was correct so I confirmed. Tuesday afternoon I get a call from the driver saying he can't find my house. He was 70 miles away in a different town. He told me I would have to get it rescheduled for delivery. I was contacted and told that they don't know what happened. My address was correct in the system. It would be delivered Friday. So Friday comes along and we deflate the air mattress my son had been sleeping on in an empty room for three days and we get a call from another delivery driver saying he can't find my house. I ask him if he's even in my town and he says no. He's 70 miles away in the same spot the first driver went to three days earlier. He said he would call his manager. I tried the chatbot that connects you with a live person I guess but they pretend to not know what's going on and gives you constant attitude. Like it's your fault. They finally delivered it that Friday afternoon. After I gave up two days of work, lost some money, made some clients mad and still had to pay a pretty good delivery fee. You can't talk to anyone on the phone. They have no option or number to get a person. The chatbot is there to deter you I'm sure.
Now this is not on the store. But I will never shop with them again. I am so disgusted with the delivery service and the lack of trying to make it better and the attitude you get instead of a real person. Or if that is a real person, a bad tempered person. A great experience turned into a horrible one that cost them my business and I will tell anyone who ask what I think.

Read moreI have no idea how this store has such good ratings. Given, we did have a wonderful experience while shopping and purchasing- the rest was a nightmare. We purchased a twin mattress. It wasn’t in stock and needed to be shipped to our home. The salesman told us delivery was free and it would arrive at our house in about a week (the top delivery line on our invoice said zero, but at the bottom it said $70, so be SURE to read it all). When the delivery man dropped off the mattress, he told me to be sure it was the right one because many of the ones he delivered had been incorrect. Sure enough, the label on the box was a different mattress than we purchased. I want to keep this concise, so I won’t give details- but 3 weeks of calling customer service (do NOT even waste your time with them. They are rude and incompetent and I accomplished nothing). I quickly realized I would get nothing done over the phone and went BACK to the store. Twice a was promised a full refund. A week passed and nothing… I would go back… promised a full refund… nothing. On one visit a lady named Barbara “helped” me. She was nice enough I suppose. Even tho she “forgot” I was there, even though my toddler and I were sitting on the couch right in front of her… she took about 10 minutes to bad mouthed the man she he just taken a call from who was also complaining about the hidden delivery fee. She was quick to push me off to Jacob, telling me to come back the NEXT week. Anyway, we still have this mattress and they want us to open the box and send a photo to be sure it’s the wrong one. We’ve decided to just keep it because it’s not worth the headache. But be sure you like what you get, because if you need customer service or a return, it’ll be like pouring acid on your eyeballs. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this location with it being my first time. I went there to purchase a bed and after waiting for roughly 30 minutes after selecting the desired item with the associate, the manager Barbara approached me and said we appreciate your business and then later went on to say that they couldn’t price match an item that was out of stock online. Mind you this was the only reason why I came to the physical location to begin with after confirming with customer service over the phone that the store could price match. The manager went back and forth with me again stating that it could not be done. She never provided a written policy to this effect. I informed her that I called customer care and then she insinuated that wasn’t true. After I stated I didn’t come in this store to argue with her, she mentioned that she only attempts to educate. I don’t need any type of education from a person selling furniture. Again, I am not sure what type of discriminatory practice this was as I didn't appreciate being talked to like that in front of other patrons and staff as well. She even went on to ask me if I was ordering under my wife’s name when I provided my cell, as if I was engaging in some type of strange activity when they could have just set me up a profile. She ended up honoring the online price and then went on to provide the associate with further details to inform me. At this time I will most likely be canceling the order which is sad as the associate, Shawn did a great job. The manager however definitely needs a set down conversation with her supervisor and more training.
