You know what I like about that fast food industry is that most of them are kids in high school are there preparing the way for their future and it's preparing them and you can see their struggles you know what's good is that to go there and you see these kids being honest and they're working hard and they're delivering so the place is clean very ain't so bad there's plenty of places to eat just right in that facility but you know it's just a nice atmosphere you going to Carl's jr. It's like IHOP in a in an old fart Frosty Freeze type of atmosphere in like a you know Dairy Queen and root beer you know float thing and that's what it reminds me of when I go into Carl's jr. They get your order right but they take forever. If you are in the drive through, they will park you in order to make their numbers look artificially good. Today, they had three of us parked. It took 12 1/2 minutes (started a timer since this is normal for this location) for them to get my order out and there was nothing special about it. All the burgers were straight from the menu with no alterations. When she finally came out, we were handed the bags and she turned and walked away. No verbal acknowledgment, no thanks for waiting, no sorry for waiting...nothing.

Parking a bunch of people so you can fake your time and not get in trouble with corporate is unethical, especially when you have them wait that long without so much as a sorry or thanks for waiting. Unless you want to be treated as a nuisance to their bottom line and an obstacle to meeting their time goals,...

The food here is horrible. I used to think that their food was great before but now that my tastebuds have been refined I can’t believe I used to like their food. First their jalapeño poppers were cold and some hot meaning they didn’t have them in the microwave long enough. The fries were okay but also somewhat cold and not hot at all. The guacamole bacon burger which I used to love was cold. I do not remember food been cold but I was messed up back then and did not know any better.

Hopefully I will not be hungry enough to be forced to eat here again since a lot of mom and pop restaurants are being forced to close. 😔
