Freddy's Pizza — Restaurant in Oxnard

I love this wonderful pizza place.. Me and my Family have live in Oxnard for over 115 years. We would order pizza from a place called Tino's pizza. A smaller place with around 8 arcade games and pinball games. The pizza was awesome... New York style thin crust with fresh basal and oregano sauce..You had to fold it to eat it... The best pizza place around.. But in the 80s Tino closed the doors..We were all so bummed Out..So we used our coupons and started ordering at Topper pizza... It was ok with the coupons it was worth it... Then a guy came around driving a truck with pizzas in the back asking us kids if we wanted a pizza for 5 bucks...so we did..it was ok.. Then we ate at amici pizza and met Freddy....wow....he reminded me of Tino..The pizza tasted like it too...you see..Tino would let us kids in early to play the game...we would pound on the doors and he would let us in..well..Freddy was the same way...loving..kind..helpful. A really good man...well Freddy went home to be with Lord.. His son has took over the shop...well the good news is...the pizza tastes just as good as it did years ago... And you know something... You get a Awesome pizza for a really fair price... A awesome deal for a quality pizza....well... Topper Pizza and pizza man Dan has forgot....WHO MADE THEM WHO THEY ARE....WE DID...THE PEPOLE... They don't give out No more coupons...No more killer deals....They have staff that watch everyone that steps up to the saled bar like if we are all crooks.... Well Michael.... Thank you 🙏....for keeping your Dad name (Freddy) alive at the restaurant....and the old school pizza place open for us to enjoy.... May our Lord bless you...

ZERO STARS !!! This place isn't worthy of having Freddy's name, Fred was about customer service. The girls on the phone are so rude an item wasn't delivered and they refused to deliver it. I paid for delivery regardless what the item was they were not accommodating to the customer at all when I asked to speak to the manager/owner I was told "she said she's too busy" wow too busy to deal with a customer. I ordered a salad and they delivered ranch because they took it upon themselves to pick my dressing, had they taken the time to ask and not assume everyone can have ranch I shouldn't have to go into detail about my allergies but they refused to replace with customers request. this is our first time ordering with new owners I guess they should really invest in customer service courses for the rude staff they have and it wouldn't hurt for the owner to take as well. I wish I could post the conversation because once it started to get bad I started recording so I had proof of how they treat paying customers. They want me to eat the ranch I guess they want a law suit. I suggest going to the Rose Location. The new owner does not even come close to how Fred treated his customers. We've known fred over 20 years. So this treatment...

I am highly upset. I order my pizza from freddy's because I like to try and help a local business in this crazy time and my experience was horrible. I order online and it said it would take 45 mins. After waiting an hour I called and they said it was on its way. After an hour and a half I went outside to go to my car and my pizza was just sitting on the ground by my front door. I called back and talk to the manager and driver. The driver said they knock, rang the doorbell, and called me. I am in the living room ten feet away from the door watching tv and have no miss calls. At least with dominos they wait to see if I get my pizza before walking away and put it on another box as a stools so my pizza isn't on the floor. It was frozen cold and the manager didn't even sound sorry and the driver was already back at the store so she must of been there for a bit before I called. I am very upset and will never order from this establishment...
