UPDATE 06/06/22: I know I’m being a Karen, but why do I always need to ask for napkins? And I’m given ONE NAPKIN for a meal and a kids meal? Again, no thank you and no response to you are welcome after I tell them thank you. No issues on the order. THANK GOODNESS!

Oh corporate gave me a coupon for a small fry after my complaint.

This store needs major customer service training. The person who took my order was fine. She didn't rush me and didn't interrupt me. The person who took my payment didn't say hello, didn't verify my order, didn't tell me the amount owed nor did she say thank you. I knew the amount owed because it said so on the ordering screen. The person who handed me the food also didn't great me nor said thank you. I asked for my McFlurry to be mixed properly and they said they don't have a machine that does that. I called the store when I got home and was told yes they have the machine. I asked is it working and she said yes. My fries I asked for no salt and it had salt. Also it's 2/3 full. $3.89 each for fries and McFlurry and it's not done properly. Total disappointment. When I worked at McDonald's In the 2000's we always said hello and thank you. We had the best customer service because we never knew if we would have a mystery...

I was going to be nice and give 2 stars. Went in pretty late and a kid in my group had a very undercooked patty. I paid for a McFlurry a soda and two burgers and small fries. Waited longer than usual and went to counter to ask for my food “we don’t have ice cream right now” the teenage girl told me. She gave me a cash refund for McFlurry, cool. THE FRIES. The small fries cost me $3.14 plus tax. I should have taken picture. I got maybe about 15-23 fries in a hash brown wrapper about 3 inches wide AND it wasn’t even full. About $3.50 cents total for roughly 18 fries. People were literally laughing at how miniature those fries were. That was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had In years. I also had to ask the workers for ketchup water and napkins because none of those items were available from the dining room. I guess it’s cuz there’s a bunch of homeless people in this area.. I grew up down the street from here. I’ll be avoiding all McDonald’s for the foreseeable future now. OH and I almost forgot to mention that they literally kicked me and my friends out while I was eating ! I had to stuff my face as they turned off the lights on me.. smh McDonald’s you’ve lost one...

McDonald's is McDonald's wherever you go, but this particular location has continually managed to mess up my orders. We aren't talking once or twice... Nope... at least ten times. I can't eat cheese. And I repeatedly ask for NO CHEESE... and every time I get cheese... even if there is a tag on the sandwich wrapping or box. I cant even just scrape the cheese off... so I end up with just fries or hash browns And the sodas always taste watery so i am constantly left drooling and hungry and unsatisfied even with my drink while I get to watch my significant other chow down. I gave up complaining and trying to get a replacement because it keeps happening, in fact it happened on thmome replacement sandwich. OH AND the manager ONLY replaced just the sandwich even though the error made me have to wait and my fries were cold and soggyish.. and my soda was water with a faint dr pepper taste. Since then i haven't bothered to complain. Other than that, place is clean, staff are pretty decent and are friendly and...
