Read moreJust spent almost $100 on a few dishes which we ordered to eat in. One dish with cubes of beef was undercooked and the meat was red on the inside. The dish was also supposed to come with rice but there was none on the plate. No utensils to eat with either. When I spoke to the manager, I tried to explain the issue, but he interrupted me and said “Can he just eat his food first. Thanks”. He then sat down at the counter next to an Asian female and began to eat his food. He did not acknowledge me the entire time he sat there even though I was sitting just two stools away from him. He also stopped eating to discuss the menu with another Asian lady. There was also another thin man with black hair yelling at the employees and customers near the register. What a sight to see… I think the message here is loud and clear:
If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!! I choose to give them business and upon making a purchase the lady at the register coughed in her bare hand. I asked her to sanitize her hands before taking my card. She walked off with an attitude speaking in her mother language. Well after waiting I realized she started another task and wasn’t returning. I asked the guy next to her for help and she chimed in using their language and with hand gestures so he helped ring my purchase up. I waited some time before realizing folks who had been rung up after me were all gone so I went to inquire about the hold up it was just a salad. As I was waiting at the window I saw the cook in the back hold up his shoe and fixed the sole of his shoe with his bare hands and return to handling the food. I asked the guy who rang me up for a refund he asked why and after explaining tried telling me the cook was on break without even know who I was talking about. All while the same lady yelled whatever she was saying. He then told me I could not get a refund because I used my Noire self comps. Which I’ve received refunds there before due to mistakes. In any event they were rude and unruly I will never give them business again and wouldn’t suggest you spend your hard earn money there either it could save you a trip to...
