Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Ozark

We went through the drive-thru yesterday evening. Which would have been August 15th at 5:40 p.m. ordered a KFC family meal and a Long John silver family meal. We went straight home and when we opened up the packages, the fish was basically like leather. It was so tough you could hardly chew it. Never had tough fish before I guess. I never knew cod could be so tough. You can definitely tell that it had been up and under a warmer for quite some time. The eight piece chicken meal that we got, had no white meat at all. It was supposed to be half original and half crispy. There was no crispy in it whatsoever. Very disappointed. This is the second time we have gotten bad fish at this store. I manager of the location is the problem. I went through the drive-thru with a Long John Silver's coupon which I received in my home mailbox. It was for three piece fish and more with two sides. they refused honor their own coupon and said they did not have three piece fish and more at that location. so I said, just give me a two piece fish and add one piece and we'll call it a three piece fish and more. but, being the intelligent specimens they are, they said they couldn't do that they would not honor the coupon. I wonder how the owner feels about losing customers? With their ratings, I don't see how they can afford to lose a customer because they refused to honor...

Last time I came to get fish I thought that it was just a one time thing that it was terrible. So for some stupid reason I came back. Fries and hushpuppies not edible , just disgusting. The grease obviously needs to be changed. The fish was very dark color and just barely edible. I know from experience it only takes about 4 minutes to fry fish. I would've gladly waited. Everyone associated with what was served tonight should be fired. Also the lobby was closed at 830 and you lost another couple customers that csme that wanted to eat inside. We own a restaurant here in town and I know why people love our food. Please do better. But sadly it won't be for me. I...
