McDonald's — Restaurant in Pacific

I don't normally leave reviews, so it means something when I do. I come here regularly for a quick soda, and all of the staff I've encountered are hardworking and friendly. Today, however, I felt compelled to share a review about one particular employee. This is for the manager on duty on 01/26/2024 at 9:00 AM. African American male. I'm so sorry that I didn't catch your name and I only saw "manager" on your name tag. As I was pulling up, I saw you outside picking up trash. I thought to myself, what a thankless job; no one ever says thank you for cleaning up their trash and litter, so thank you 🙏🏼 At this point, I didn't know you were a manager because of the safety vest. I pulled around to the drive thru and paid, and when I pulled to the second window to grab my drink, you were there. I thought to myself, wow this guy wears a lot of hats! And then I saw your name tag: Manager. This man deserves a raise. So hardworking and very clearly a team player by jumping in to help his team when needed. And, he was still so positive after having come inside from picking up trash and put a smile on my face. I just wanted to say THANK YOU, you are a rare gem of a manager and I hope you are valued and...

Okay so let me start with the part where my dad orders a McChicken and later almost choked because someone put onions in it I will never forgive this McDonald's I feel so disrespected. This was not my cup of tea 😞. Oh and also the parking space is odd it took about 10 minutes to find a parking spot. The only thing that was actually good was the French fries. Well at least my French Fry's my brother claimed that his french fries were so hard. Also I would like to complain about the chicken nuggets I asked for a four piece chicken nugget and they gave me a 6-piece and they did not charge me!!! They Hypnotized my dad and made him stay for hours! I also had a theory that the ketchup was blood! It tasted awful!!! They also put a lot of pickles on my brothers sandwich and he got real mad!And not only that he didn't ask for pickles but the pickles were crumpled up into little balls!!! They also do not serve us paper straws and I went crazy and a speaking about crazy there was crazy people at the McDonald's too! I'm just so disappointed and will never come here again! Oh and did I mention the workers were screaming...

By far the worst McDonald's ever! If you're passing through town do yourself a favor and just stop at the next exit in Eureka. This place is SLOW and incompetent. The remodel of this place was a joke. Very sloppy word. We came here on the Grand Opening and the amount of dirty tables and the time we had to wait for our food was ridiculous. We waited 30mins and finally once I started hearing numbers that were far past ours I went up to complain. Come to find out our order was skipped. Currently I am in the drive through going on 10mins of waiting with only one car ahead of me. I was skipped twice at the ordering screen because apparently they still haven't gotten the whole two lane process thing down. If you do end up ordering from here please CHECK YOUR FOOD before driving off. This place is notorious for forgetting things. I mean you would think for how long they take that they could at least get your order right .. Nope. The type of service at this establishment is one I would expect...
