Staying at local hotel. Ordered online and tracked progress using app. App stated order was out for delivery so I tracked driver thru app. App then changed to delivered... but I never received order. Kept checking hallway to see if driver left food outside of door; nothing in hallway. So I called store. Person that answered phone somewhat rudely stated she promised order went out for delivery. She could've checked with driver but chose not to. So e hung up and I waited another 20 min... still nothing so I called store again and different person answered and put me on hold to talk with driver. Came back on and told me driver delivered to wrong room on my floor. He then offered to remake the order to which I declined due to late hour and said I wanted my money back. He said people make mistakes and that he'd TRY and refund my money... then hung up on me.
I'd checked the hallway continually while waiting, no food was left by any door on my hallway. I called hotel front desk twice and hotel desk attendent said no Domino's person entered hotel.
Domino's delivery is a huge part of business model. Not only did this driver go to wrong room... but had to go to wrong hotel as well. People do make mistakes, but attention to detail to go to correct address should be a core competency. How did order status change to delivered? And when a customer calls with a problem, the store employees should take resolving the issue seriously without being rude. After all, I didn't make the mistake... they did and I'm the one with money at risk.

Read moreWe called to order from store #5542112 and the manager Chris was very rude to my babysitter telling her she had to pay for a bounced check that belonged to the previous owners of the residence where we live at now in Paducah ky before he could do anything for us at all. We have ordered to our new address multiple times before tonight and never had an issue.. And everyone who has delievered to us has been extremely nice and helpful. That is, until tonight. The manager on the phone seemed extremely overwhelmed and said he could now deliver to us but it would be an hour and a half wait. To me, it seemed like he was just extremely busy and was trying to come up with excuses not to deliver to us. I felt extremely disrespected considering i have been a customer to this store for almost a year now, even at my old address. And now i will not be ordering...
Read moreI waited at the drive in for over 5 min. once getting it home the pizza bottom was burnt. even though it was a free medium 2 topping pizza it had little flavor & a burnt bottom. I purchased the cheese & bread experience and the cheese was litterally 1/16 of an inch and .... BURNT as well. We received multiple breads however only enough cheese for 3. This is saddddddddddddddddd FYI what have they done on the Garlic sauce....it's definitely tasting artificial.
