Used to love this store. Last time I went the older woman was rude and literally called me out for having staph infection on my face, which I’m already self conscious about and the reason I was in the store to begin with. I believe short graying blonde hair woman but I don’t even remember at this point. Though it’s been a few months I still feel disgust from that whole interaction and that store in general. She was mad that I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and made sure with several snippy comments to let me know of her displeasure. To the point I apologized for showing up right before they closed and even her reaction to that was condescending and demeaning. It’s funny too I was about to buy an overpriced $100 bottle of cbd and her attitude changed my mind. Also went in looking for DLPA which they did not have. She was pushing me to get DPA which is not the same thing. Just because they are both amino acids with similar structures does not mean they do the same thing. After denying the DPA several times she got upset about this. Everything in there is over market price, which was ok before I started getting made fun of by the woman working there. Btw I’m in your rewards program, check out the hundreds if not thousands of dollars I’ve spent there over the years. It took a while to write this review because every other interaction I’ve had there with the people working there has been very pleasant. They are usually helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. But for my own closure and self respect I have to go ahead and publish this. I will not be back because...

I was excited to visit the store after hearing they sold CBD oils from a friend so when I walked in and started looking around it completely exceeded my expectations. Great products combined with great customer service and satisfaction. I had quite a few questions regarding the CBD'S I originally went in to see and the man was so, so helpful by answering all my questions without making me feel as if I was being a burden. Another woman was also extremely nice and helpful when I had questions about their essential oils. I couldn't have left any happier after knowing I had found a store that offered the natural products I enjoy with friendly employees. You will not regret visiting this store to see for yourself.
