Hardee’s — Restaurant in Paducah

This was quite literally the worst experience at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had in my life. 3 women at the front and none of them knew what in the world they were doing. My order was incorrect. I had specified at the drive through speaker what I wanted on my burger. I said ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion. When I got to the window I specified again what I wanted on my burger. She said “yeah ketchup and mustard come on it already” and laughed. I received my burger and it has tomato, ketchup, onion, pickle, lettuce, mayo. So I went inside and told them. And it took 15 minutes because no one knew what was going on. Might I add, there was 2 people that returned their food as we were sitting in the drive through. There was 2 people inside doing the same thing as I walked in to return mine. And then a man walked in after me to do the same thing. This was a total of 6 people doing the same thing. Returning their food because no one in there knows what...

UPDATE--- ended up waiting 45 minutes and noone ever came back to the drive thur window to take our order, we ended up leaving without getting any breakfast. We went to get breakfast here this morning , we went to thr drive thru, the guy said he'd be with us in jist a minute. We waited for 15 minutes, with only one person in front of us, and the guy never came back, drove up to the drive thru windows and waited another 10 minutes before someone finally came to the window and talked to us, said he'd be right back. It's been about 10 minutes and he still hasnt came back to take our order. We could of went to a nice sit down restaurant and had our food and been back on the road by now... There are only two workers in the whole restaurant, not their fault. Hardee's needs to do better and not short staff their poor...

I was at this location on Monday December 2nd and got 2 chicken biscuits and both of them were burnt. Not just over cooked but you could taste the burnt in them and the biscuits were over done also. I called and spoke with the manager Kayla and she said she would replace them the next time I was there since I was at work and could not go back to get them replaced Monday. I went on Tuesday to get them and was told they were out of breading for chicken. How can then happen when there is other Hardees in town that they could get some from? Today Wednesday I called and was told the truck was there and would have the breading and would have the chicken biscuits within 30 minutes. So once again i drive 10 min each way out of my way to get there and be told again they don't have chicken!! Worse customer...
