We have been coming to the restaurant for YEARS!!!! We drove over 45 minutes to come and eat at the establishment, we were super excited to dine with you all tonight. However, when we entered the restaurant and told the host how many were in our party, and that we wanted a booth (which has never been a problem before, the lady running the cash register (not the host) rudely interupted the host to inform us that there is a new policy that no more than 4 in a booth (Our party consisted of me and my husband 2 older children and two very small children, again this has never been an issue before). Her attitude and customer service was completely subpar, she has zero business being in the front of the house with such a lousy and rude disposition, she cost your company easily $200 dollars in sales today because she wouldn't accommodate a family who required a booth with 2 small children (like seriously I don't think 2 small kids take up that much room and it hardly compares to the 9 people she claimed were crammed into a booth(also speaking bad about past customers in front of the whole restaurant is not a good look). We always loved this place because it felt very family orientated and friendly...We did not feel welcome at all today!!!! We probably won't be back for a long time if at all and that is such a shame because we always loved the warmth and heart of this restaurant so much, it is what made you all stand out as a business in an area with so many options. I really hope that additional training is given to the front of house staff, we could totally see how uncomfortable it made the gentleman who was a host to have this woman interrupt him so rudely, it's clearly a conflict to have your cashier interfering and interjecting herself in a position she's not working. Perhaps you should post this new policy on the door so that no one has to deal with this employee ever again. Maybe her talents are better served in the back of the house and that would be more appropriate for someone with such a lack of people skills. Read moreJust had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this store, me and my boyfriend had sat down to eat a late lunch, we had my niece with us so we decided Mexican was easy, fast and would be ok for all of us, you know since it’s a family restaurant. We sit for 10 minutes before we even get our drink orders taken, another 15 mins before we get an update on our food. ALL WHILE the table next to us was blaring sexually explicit music off of their phone. We turned on YouTube and had my niece put her AirPods in, both of them by the way, so finally my boyfriend spoke up and politely asked her to turn off the music blaring about sex and in the club and thinking about making love and all this other nasty nasty stuff. Right after we get our food we noticed not only have we waited 30+ mins in an almost completely empty restaurant, to get our food, but his order is wrong! The waitress who kept coming to the table who was blaring music and had kids running around the restaurant, we had noticed it was her family of some sorts. As soon as we said something about the music one of the kids from the other table THREW PAPER at my niece. Finally I was done, asked the server to take his food off the bill and get us boxes so we could just leave. Now mind you nothing was said about the music by an employee or manager to the lady blaring music and letting her children run wild. Not to mention the server was giving the table we had issues with free meals, continued to ask them if they wanted anything and she could “hook” them up. Read moreFeb 1-2025. This is a third time repeat. Food not delivered at same time. We both expect food to be hot, the problem is, he is finishing his plate as I recieve mine. This is bullshit. We sit down together, we expect t our food hot and served together at same time. After original order, I ordered white caso didn't recieve until I got my plate of food, which was after his plate was already eaten, on top of that, what I ordered was not correct. Upset to say the least, so then I have to wait again to recieve correct food. By now I am so damn pissed, I just get up and go pay for food ordered. My partner ask for to go plate, so he brought it out, but once again, the caso I ordered and chips on table was left behind as we were not offered anything to put caso & chips in, but it was paid for in full with tip left on table. Serve our food together, get order correct and if food is on table and to go is requested, please provide to go container for caso cheese and chips you paid extra for. Not sure I will go back, as this has been my fav Mexican place to eat. Getting service correct means alot. Eating seperately is unacceptable, when food is order at same time. I understand mistakes are made, but damn, sick of getting our food served seperately, mine normally is being served as he is finishing his food. Both should be served hot at same time together.
