This was the worst place for a late night grub with my family. We ended up paying $50+ for food/drinks. Some of our food was cold & hard as if they had prepped it the wrong way. I asked the girl who attended us who's name is Rohnda; her customer service was the worst I've dealt with. She lied to my family and I. My sisters boneless wings were so salty and not good looking. She didnt eat half of what we paid for.. She forgot part of our order, didn't give us the sauces we needed (ketchup, bbq, ranch). Etc.. I won't go on how unsatisfied I was with the food and service. I then asked for my receipt to make sure we missed nothing after having to wait close to an hr for everything. She denied and said "no, you can't have it, I threw it away." I asked if she could print me a new one please and she said "no, I'm really busy right now, you're either going to have to wait or I can go get it out of the trash can if I can find it". Get this in my mind there are sparks coming out, flames are about to go out of my ears and she's going to go get some receipt from the trash can which could of been avoided if she would of asked prior to throwing it away. She came back and said I found it, it has some ice cream on it but I'm not printing another one. I'm busy and no one else is helping me. (I look inside and I saw one other person & then someone said 3 were working that night.) Lie after lie. I have yet to report this to her manager... however I highly wouldn't recommend this place. Read moreI’d like to make a note that the employee Chris handled the situation I’m about to go in depth on AMAZING. He went above and beyond for the door dasher and for my messed up order as well. When getting online orders through the sonic app, DoorDash, Uber eats ALWAYS supply a receipt as Drivers cannot move forward with the delivery without it. I watched Leon snapped at this DoorDash driver for them throwing the receipt she needed away and was “unable” to reprint it. But Chris went out of his way and found it for the dasher. I watched Leon snap at the driver regarding the receipt and saying “it’s out of my hands now” in a shout. Now to my order, my hotdog was rubber and the bun was stale. Chris came to check on us while eating in the car and I let him know I was disappointed in my food and the behavior of his coworkers and when I asked who the lead was who at no point assisted Leon or Chris with myself or the dasher was told her name was Gia but again she was no where to be found. Read moreI had to edit my review, apparently old habits slide back into place. You need a nightshift manager, or terminate the one you have. I came through about 1020pm on Thursday, 27 June 24, ALL the parking stalls had "out of order" signs taped on them, went to drive through, got to the speaker and the girl says "be right with you" 10, I say again, TEN minutes later AFTER the 4 cars ahead of me paid and left, she comes on for my order, after repeating myself 3 times, she says pull ahead. She took my card and returned it with my receipt and clarified that I only wanted 1 side. During the next 10 minutes 2 other vehicles behind me, pulled out and left, as no one was at the window to take their orders, as they were busy opening doors to let in off duty employees or their friends. I received my order with no bag, no napkins and no conversation from any staff 22 minutes after I pulled into the drive through. And these "people" want minimum wage raised???
