Subway — Restaurant in Nevada

I want to start off by staying NORMALLY I would give five stars because the food is always made right and the staff is normally friendly. This is the second time we’ve be in and Samantha was super friendly and gave us options because they were out of some things. Alexee on the other hand must hate her job. She’s not friendly, she makes sandwiches sloppy and she’s just on the cusp of rude. She talked super quite and then got upset when I had to ask her to repeat herself. We had to wait on the meatballs to finish cooking, (Not a big deal. We have worked in fast food and understand) but then she microwaved them. The first experience I had with her I chalked up to her having a bad night because again, I’ve been there. This time however she again was terrible with her customer service. This subway is inside my place of employment. A lot of us eat at this subway on our lunch breaks. The date was August 27th at 6:25pm. I didn’t get the name of the employee. I was on my lunch break and went to get a tuna sandwich. The tuna had a dry crust on it and there wasn’t enough for a 6 inch sandwich. I asked the employee if she could get a fresh thing of tuna and she told me no. She said she couldn’t switch them out until that one was gone. I told her there wasn’t enough in there for a sandwich and that there was a nasty dry crust on it. She still refused to get a fresh thing of tuna for my sandwich. We had 8 platters made for a family event. The manager made ordering easy and explained the different options. He offered to deliver which was really appreciated . He was on time with beautifully made sandwich trays with options we chose. The sandwiches were made well, and tasted very fresh.He includedd all the condiments we neededd, playes, napkins, utensils, all of the things we didn't think of.
