Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Palatine Township

Tonight was my first time I ever visited Jimmy John's, and this particular location. And thus will be my last time ever!! I was so hungry and was deciding what to eat. I was passing by this place on Dundee Rd in Palatine IL and decide to stop by and try it. I better not done it!!! The cashier girl was unfriendly at all-I was the only one customer inside and they did look busy at all. I ordered a Beef ranch wrap and asked if beef will be warm-she replied that it will be cold. And I realized that I do not want a cold beef and asked if possible to change to a chicken wrap-the same price. She became very rude and started to drop everything showing me get attitude because I asked to change an order which they did not even started to cook yet! Also, she charged me twice and said that I will see a refund back to my credit card for the first sandwich! I will keep an eye of course on my refund. Overall, terrible place to stop and have a quick bite! Will never stop at this place as well in other...

I order from here once per week. The order is always correct. Be careful when ordering delivery. I ordered for delivery and realized I accidentally forgot to add the tip online after the driver came. My fault. However, they clearly retaliated against me with my order. I ordered the beach club, and it came with no avocado spread, and the turkey tasted strange. The driver dropped the food off to me who is usually friendly. I said thanks and have a great day, and he stormed off and completely ignored me, with me not realizing what I did at the time. I've been in sales for 20 years, and would never do something like that if it was the reverse. I would have happily ran the tip over to them as soon as I realized what happened, but I feel like I was purposely retaliated against. Come on. We are better than that. Just be careful to make sure you order correctly online. I hope I am wrong, but it doesn't...

I was just at your location picking up a #3 Tuna. I asked the cashier for everything on it and to add cheese, onion, and peppers. I watched him as he rang it up and he did it correctly. The price was accurate, etc...As I wait, the manager, called out #4. I said no, I ordered Tuna with extras. The manager makes my sandwich and handed it to me. No bag, when it was clearly to go, and I said all the extras are on there, right. He says, "yes." Why did I know they were not, and put my trust in him that they were? I got back to my office, and no cheese, onions or peppers. it's not that hard! It really isn't. All he had to do was find the receipt or just ASK me what I ordered extra on...
