Sumi Sushi Hibachi — Restaurant in Palatka

We walked in number one with they're understaffed which is completely understandable à the food that we got was definitely not worth $150 we got an order to go half the food was not even in the bags the other half of the food that we did receive was old food mixed with new food the rice was dry and hard the low mean we got was old the minute we open the container we could smell that it was off it smelled as if it had been sitting out and turned bad we still attempted to taste it and was disgusted by The taste and the texture of it out of all the food that we got the only thing that was somewhat edible was the sweet and sour chicken even though they forgot to give us the sauce for the price that we paid for the sushi roll that we got should not have been six small pieces of sushi which they placed in the bag with the hot food on top of it the icing on the cake was besides that were placed in a 6 oz styrofoam cups the sides of the size is extremely unproportioned we were extremely upset with the fact that after spending almost $150 on food including the very large ship that we gave the young lady who played who took our orderit's very upsetting for the fact that we had to spend an additional hundred dollars someplace else to get food for dinner because the food that we had brought from them with sew-on edible very unhappy with this establishment they offer also advertised as a hibachi bar yet there is nowhere in that restaurant a hibachi setup please if you're going to go and eat here eat at your own risk and be willing to spend a lot of money for on unedible food and very small portioning and half of your food and...

Today 5-11-25 we had a party of 9 that was there waiting on them to open at noon. One other table of people were in front of us. We ordered as soon as we were seated. One hour passed and we still didn’t have our food although they had served numerous tables including a party of 6 that came in after us. I walked up to the counter and asked why we had not gotten our food but other tables had been served that came in after us. Our waitress walked to the back and then said ours was ready and they were bringing it out. I went and sat down and they brought out food to two other tables so I walked to the kitchen door, opened it and asked if they needed help serving it because they said it was ready yet you took something to two other tables. I just don’t understand how they can serve other tables that come in after us. I guess 1st come 1st served is not their motto, but it should be. My wife and I eat at sue me about twice a month today we come in after church to eat lunch and someone brings in a big poodle saying that it is a service dog when it is a service dog! We do not eat with our dog in our living room or dining room and I will not eat with someone else's dog in the dining room of a restaurant!
