Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palatka

So my order was suppose to be delivered and take 20-30 minutes, it took 50-60 minutes my food was not fresh it was hard and the pizza didn’t have any extra sauce when I asked for it the driver didn’t even give my soda I had to call back and wait but I wasn’t aware of my pizza and cheese sticks bending cold and hard. The manager stated that they was busy she offered a refund but I wanted my drink so I told her send the drink later to find out after getting my drink it was flat I called back NOBODY ANSWERED someone probably left the phone off the hook but it was nearly 25 min before they closed. So I called after I got off work which was 10 minutes ago I spent nearly $35 on a hard brick with little to no pizza sauce a wanna be soda and doggy treat sticks and the manager Susan told me to give her the food back the sad thing is I have the food and didn’t eat it all if she wanted it I could get her it back but I ordered for delivery because obviously I don’t have a car so the not so smart manager said it wasn’t her fault and they she wasn’t going to give a refund and then she tried to lie and say it’s been a full day .which is hasn’t it’s not my fault of what they gave me but they can’t own up to it don’t eat here Susan needs to...

Absolute disaster at Pizza Hut Palatka for the big game night! Ordered a hefty $150 pizza feast, only to find out they handed me someone else's order. When I called for a refund, they refused, despite THEIR mistake. Drove back 45 minutes, only to discover the food was never even heated! Cold and unappetizing.

Staff demeanor? Stone-cold and vibe? Depressing. No compensation offered for the monumental inconvenience and ruined Super Bowl experience. No wonder this location barely scrapes a 3.5-star rating; it's a generous stretch. Max of 2 stars from me, and that's being generous.

To all football fanatics: Avoid this location like the plague on game nights. I even left a $20 tip in the vain hope it'll spark some change – either in staffing or the utter demolition of this sorry excuse for a Pizza Hut. Utterly disappointed, enraged, and feeling robbed of my game night...

I placed a mobile order today and got the worst experience ever. I ordered a pepperoni pizza (CUT INTO SQUARES) and made sure the order said it ! I got my food and it was wrong. I called the pizza hut in palatka and informed them my pizza wasn't cut right. This rude ass worker named Carol then said "I'm not a mind reader". I preceeded to tell her she didn't have to be rude, I wasn't being rude. And after she said "I wasn't being rude but I will be now". I do not what so ever appreciate this at all! Yall have lost a costumer and I'm so disappointed about this restaurant. It was a horrible experience and I'm very upset. Yall would rather allow a rude worker who's mean to other people work there then have costumers. I do not appreciate this experience at all. I'm very upset about this.
