The one sure fire way to destroy a croissant? Stick it in the microwave. I ordered and egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich, instead of toasted flakiness, I got a sad, nuked version of rubbery completely inedible food. Also, ordered a variety of half a dozen bagels for my co-workers, untoasted so they could be kept longer. I received 5 (paid for 6) all toasted in separate to-go boxes at $3.65 each - about a dollar more than Dunkin'. The order caused confusion, they are clearly not set up for bulk orders like a dozen bagels in a box. Took about 11 minutes, was a bagel short and they were all toasted - exactly what I did not ask for. Should have checked the accuracy of the order before leaving a tip. There was one single freezer I LOVED but as soon as I discovered it, it was gone. The banana pudding freezer. I've tried the others and for me they aren't sweet enough.
