So let me start off by saying I am late making this review and I donāt remember the exact gentleman I talk to but I will find out. It really doesnāt matter because this would you touch bases with all of them. So I bought a screen protector from the Saint Augustine location which is the corporate store. And it had a lifetime warranty with it. Well I cracked my phone well shattered my phone with the screen protector on it I filed a claim . I was told that I had to get the original receipt of purchase or send them the particles left over from the screen protector. Well most people when they crack their phone or Chevy phone they get rid of the whole phone or they put it somewhere and completely forget about it and thatās what happened. Well when I filed my claim I couldnāt find what I needed so I called Verizon to help me find my receipt and the gentleman I spoke to was very professional, helpful, and had great customer service skills. Unfortunately he couldnāt give me the information I need it because it was in a corporate location. He directed me to Saint Augustine corporate location well when I talk to the gentleman there I believe his name was Miguel he was a complete jerk I understand you have a lot of people in your store but everyone should get the same amount of respect. And it made me reflect back to the Polacca location and remember how nice and helpful and what great customer service skills that man had! So hats off to you guys for having such a great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just got back for Thailand with my wife and I was having all kinds of trouble. The gentleman that sold me my phone was actually really helpful. He got all my problems solved with a smile. Well worth the trip to Palatka.
NOTE FROM THE REAL MIKE A: I did not submit the above post. It was fraudulently submitted. Most likely by the Verizon rep that had my phone while supposedly trying to fix the many issues I've been having with it since I purchased it. (Which by the way, he didn't. He lies about everything.) There are only 2 devices with access to my Google Maps account, my PC and my phone. Since nobody has access to my PC it had to have been done on my phone and it was with the Verizon rep at the time of the bogus post.
For the 3 months that I was in Thailand, I had to put up with a buggy phone that didn't work as I was told by the rep that sold it to me. He lied about everything I told him I needed. PLUS, my home Internet service hasn't been working right since he said he was upgrading it to 5G. I found out Verizon doesn't even provide 5G service near my house. I was told this by their tech support while trying to get it working again.
I'll be submitting a complaint to the Florida Dept.of Consumer Affairs to try to cancel my service contract. A little advice... DON"T...

Not even getting up to 5mb or less of download speeds. I have called the Verizon corporate office on three chat calls to tell them that the download speeds are horrible as well as go into the Verizon store here in Palatka for which they place in a case number two weeks ago. Nothing has changed and all the money we are paying with unlimited cell phone plans including insurance is becomming a waste of money. All my phones do is buffer and take very long to load up anything. I have co workers experiencing the same issues with their Verizon smart phones. 2 of my phones are the latest with the Iphone XR and the Samsung galaxy S9 Plus. If you download the speed test in the google app store you will see the poor test results even when I am in front of the Verizon store. If you go inside the Verizon store you will notice an increase in speed because they are using a signal booster inside. I don't recommend any one switching over to Verizon or upgrading or even adding a line because your phones will not...
