I have never been to any Taco Bell before. Yesterday, I decided to try one of their freezes, specifically the watermelon freeze. And then I said to myself why not try something easy and see if I like it. So I also ordered a mini quesadilla. I went through the drive thru. I waited in line just under 24 minutes. In the freaking drive thru. Then when I got my freeze, it was melted AND it wasn't watermelon. It was strawberry. So I parked and walked inside. The line was lone there too with several re-orders or re-makes waiting. The floor where they prepared food was FILTHY!! I must have stood there a good 10 minutes before I made a scene. I even watched whom I assume to be the manager throw a piece of garbage on the floor. I watched her with my own eyes. As I stood there, I observed the employees, no smiles. No expression. Working slowly. No communicating with each other. The guy at the register kept touching his face. Never washed his hands. I watched the guy making tacos rub his face with his gloved hands and never once changed his gloves. The girl at the drive thru window was a bag full of pleasure. I swear, these people reminded me of the 'Bergens' from 'Trolls.' When I finally asked if anyone was going to acknowledge my existence, they all looked at me stunned. The manager actually said that she thought I was waiting for my food. Duh, I was standing there with a bag and drink in my hands. No. I wasn't waiting for food. I said that the drink was melted AND the wrong flavor. I was told the watermelon wasn't working. Well, then say something! Don't assume the customer just wants whatever flavor! I still demanded they change it out. I realized the reason it was melted was because when they allow the freeze to sit and wait for the food, it just melts. They pour it and put it on the shelf waiting for the customer and their food. It's a freeze, it sits, it melts. This isn't rocket science people. Well, I surely didn't allow them to tell me anything. The manager never approached the counter, what she did do was tell the guy making tacos to fix my drink so I could get out of there. She obviously wasn't fond of me. As I left, i made it clear that I wasn't happy with their service and they would receive a poor review. It isn't even worth the 1 star. Filthy, lack of customer service, poor attitudes...oh yeah, this made me laugh. They're hiring! And the way they promote that their hiring is so sad. They lure the young innocent people in by saying they pay more (omg), and that you can work your way up quickly. Dream job. I wouldn't let my enemies kid work here! Honestly, the food was gross. They microwave it so when you finally bite into it, it's tough. The flavor was on the lines of what wet dog food smells like. And I still have yet to try the watermelon freeze. Oh well. I guess I never will bc this is my last experience at Taco Bell. Dirty. And they didn't even...
Read moreVery poor service, waited 10 minutes without be acknowledged so ordered via kiosk in store but selected pay cashier. Cashier apparently was on break and nobody else assisted, when cashier came back from break she clocked back in at the register. I was standing a few feet away with the cash in my hand and she never acknowledged me, then proceeded to go in the back and help with other orders. another 20 minutes go by before finally coming back to the register to take my cash and process the kiosk order which was 9:08:58pm order # 2100722 store #023300. I am certain if you check the time the kiosk order was originally placed you will see the discrepancy in time order was place to time processed. Not only that, I order 6 items and they only gave me 5 , so I brought it to their attention when I received the order. I was told everything was there, I showed them that there was 1 burrito missing and then they made it. They never apologized nor acted like they even cared. The worst customer service ever, which I thought was strange because this particular store has always gone above and beyond with greeting and making you feel welcomed. Where did those good employees go? STOP hiring people that don't want to work or put in the effort to be kind. It's terrible that you can't find good employees for 12-15 per hour. When I worked in fast food I was paid $5.00 per hour and worked hard and was a good customer service representative and greeted everyone with a smile...
Read moreI come here often. Normally, it's fine.. but those are during the day. This time, it's night. I get done with my closing shift, and make my way here. It's 1am, which I understand can make it slower, I expect that. But I sat at the drive thru speaker for a good 5 minutes...got no one talking to me. I try to drive to the window, but someone is sitting there already. I reverse back, someone finally takes my order. Now me and the same person who is at the window are sitting here for A WHILE. Idk how long the person in front of me has been waiting, definitely way longer than me. People behind me are pulling in, having the same issue with no one answering the speaker and are leaving the line or stuck behind me waiting as well. I get it's super late.. but not getting to customers way after 5-10 minutes is out of hand.. Sorry for the long post. Just needed to say it all Edit: I posted this when I got out of the line. So this is an addition to after getting my food. The tortillas were stale and the meat was cold :( I was in line waiting for a really long time too. Oh well.. I'll likely still come back. Hopefully this is a...
