I went through the drive through at 6:59 PM placing my order for my family. Upon reaching the window I was missing almost half my order. I offered to come inside to get the order fixed as to not hold up their line, they advised me to come inside. I even paid an extra amount for my daughters tacos they had accidentally removed. Waiting approximately 50 minutes inside to get the missing items only to get home and still be missing my Doritos tacos. My food cold. Frustrated. I called Cooper to explain my order was still not correct and I was home. He told me to come all the way back to get refunded and still refused to complete the order. Which I paid over 60 dollars for. This place is awful. I can’t believe they have absolutely no care or respect for costumers. I should have known better when I went inside and multiple costumers were yelling at them about incomplete orders or orders not ready in a timely fashion. Fast food shouldn’t take an hour. I’m disgusted with this establishment and the treatment of my twelve year old daughter and myself.

This is a chicken and cheese burrito with rice. I took it back because there’s clearly barely any chicken on it. I go into the store and show the cashier and said “this is supposed to be a chicken and cheese burrito”. She said (with attitude) “Yes, a shredded chicken burrito”. I said “there’s like no chicken” and pointed to the small amounts of chicken on it. She said (still with attitude) “there’s chicken on there. That’s one scoop”. I said “that’s one scoop?!?!”. She said “yes. I can make you a new one I guess”. I said (sarcastically because I was over her BS) “that would be wonderful”. They gave me a new one, it didn’t have much more on it, they just added more rice. They also gave me a free cinnamon twist. This is unacceptable for $2.29. Their chicken isn’t made of gold. The attitude wasn’t necessary either. I didn’t go in there yelling or cursing, and I didn’t blame the cashier because it wasn’t her fault. Check your food before you leave. I always do but I wasn’t the one who bought it tonight.

Taco Bell is a standard for Tex-Mex tacos and burritos. But it's not anything to rave about. I remember living in southern Texas and nothing Taco Bell was tastier than the rest of the country. Why, they had true flavor competition. That's not to say what they serve elsewhere, like here in Florida, is bad. It's just okay. The menu is diverse and really hasn't changed for years other than the rage to have fire hot Doritos shells. I lamented the loss of the salsa Verde, and I'm glad the Mexican Pizza came back. Taco Bell is a good place for lunch but for me it's a dine in experience as the food is messy and hard to eat if your driving. Take it home and the hard shells get soggy. But the biggest let down is how slow it gets at lunch. So far it's been 30 minutes for my two tacos, pizza meal. I mean, come on.

I have never been to any Taco Bell before. Yesterday, I decided to try one of their freezes, specifically the watermelon freeze. And then I said to myself why not try something easy and see if I like it. So I also ordered a mini quesadilla. I went through the drive thru. I waited in line just under 24 minutes. In the freaking drive thru. Then when I got my freeze, it was melted AND it wasn't watermelon. It was strawberry. So I parked and walked inside. The line was lone there too with several re-orders or re-makes waiting. The floor where they prepared food was FILTHY!! I must have stood there a good 10 minutes before I made a scene. I even watched whom I assume to be the manager throw a piece of garbage on the floor. I watched her with my own eyes. As I stood there, I observed the employees, no smiles. No expression. Working slowly. No communicating with each other. The guy at the register kept touching his face. Never washed his hands. I watched the guy making tacos rub his face with his gloved hands and never once changed his gloves. The girl at the drive thru window was a bag full of pleasure. I swear, these people reminded me of the 'Bergens' from 'Trolls.' When I finally asked if anyone was going to acknowledge my existence, they all looked at me stunned. The manager actually said that she thought I was waiting for my food. Duh, I was standing there with a bag and drink in my hands. No. I wasn't waiting for food. I said that the drink was melted AND the wrong flavor. I was told the watermelon wasn't working. Well, then say something! Don't assume the customer just wants whatever flavor! I still demanded they change it out. I realized the reason it was melted was because when they allow the freeze to sit and wait for the food, it just melts. They pour it and put it on the shelf waiting for the customer and their food. It's a freeze, it sits, it melts. This isn't rocket science people. Well, I surely didn't allow them to tell me anything. The manager never approached the counter, what she did do was tell the guy making tacos to fix my drink so I could get out of there. She obviously wasn't fond of me. As I left, i made it clear that I wasn't happy with their service and they would receive a poor review. It isn't even worth the 1 star. Filthy, lack of customer service, poor attitudes...oh yeah, this made me laugh. They're hiring! And the way they promote that their hiring is so sad. They lure the young innocent people in by saying they pay more (omg), and that you can work your way up quickly. Dream job. I wouldn't let my enemies kid work here! Honestly, the food was gross. They microwave it so when you finally bite into it, it's tough. The flavor was on the lines of what wet dog food smells like. And I still have yet to try the watermelon freeze. Oh well. I guess I never will bc this is my last experience at Taco Bell. Dirty. And they didn't even...

Very poor service, waited 10 minutes without be acknowledged so ordered via kiosk in store but selected pay cashier. Cashier apparently was on break and nobody else assisted, when cashier came back from break she clocked back in at the register. I was standing a few feet away with the cash in my hand and she never acknowledged me, then proceeded to go in the back and help with other orders. another 20 minutes go by before finally coming back to the register to take my cash and process the kiosk order which was 9:08:58pm order # 2100722 store #023300. I am certain if you check the time the kiosk order was originally placed you will see the discrepancy in time order was place to time processed. Not only that, I order 6 items and they only gave me 5 , so I brought it to their attention when I received the order. I was told everything was there, I showed them that there was 1 burrito missing and then they made it. They never apologized nor acted like they even cared. The worst customer service ever, which I thought was strange because this particular store has always gone above and beyond with greeting and making you feel welcomed. Where did those good employees go? STOP hiring people that don't want to work or put in the effort to be kind. It's terrible that you can't find good employees for 12-15 per hour. When I worked in fast food I was paid $5.00 per hour and worked hard and was a good customer service representative and greeted everyone with a smile...

I come here often. Normally, it's fine.. but those are during the day. This time, it's night. I get done with my closing shift, and make my way here. It's 1am, which I understand can make it slower, I expect that. But I sat at the drive thru speaker for a good 5 minutes...got no one talking to me. I try to drive to the window, but someone is sitting there already. I reverse back, someone finally takes my order. Now me and the same person who is at the window are sitting here for A WHILE. Idk how long the person in front of me has been waiting, definitely way longer than me. People behind me are pulling in, having the same issue with no one answering the speaker and are leaving the line or stuck behind me waiting as well. I get it's super late.. but not getting to customers way after 5-10 minutes is out of hand.. Sorry for the long post. Just needed to say it all Edit: I posted this when I got out of the line. So this is an addition to after getting my food. The tortillas were stale and the meat was cold :( I was in line waiting for a really long time too. Oh well.. I'll likely still come back. Hopefully this is a...
