I ordered pizza on a Sunday night around 9:15. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there in about 10 minutes and they were not busy at all. First the girl couldn't find my name in the computer and then she said oh were you the one with 2 hand tossed pepperoni and I said yes. She said it would be another minute. I waited off to the side. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching two people who ordered after I came to pick up my order receive theirs, I asked when my pizza was going to be ready. The girl checked and said that they still had to make one of the pizzas and it would take 6 minutes and the other one had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes (I had watched as they were pulling pizzas out for delivery off that same pizza). The guy on ovens said they would give me cinnamon twists for the wait which would also take 6 minutes. I said I wanted my pizza and my money back. He yelled from behind the ovens it was one or the other. I left empty handed and got my money back. I submitted a complaint and called the general manager the next day. He said he would talk to the crew and he would send me out two pizza coupons. About a week and a half later I get a message from Stacy Chancey, the community relations representative for the area. She spoke with the manager and the crew twisted the whole scenario and she was going to send me out a pizza coupon. I responded to her email and clarified what happened and mentioned how the manager still hadn't held up his deal of two pizza coupons. This Domino's moved to a new location and went downhill. I received poor customer service from the bottom up. First they couldn't find my order, then I'm kept waiting for pizzas that haven't been made, then the shift supervisor is yelling at me from the back, then the general manager doesn't fulfill what he said he will do, then the community relations representative ignores my message and doesn't attempt to fix the situation or at the very least have the general manager...
Read moreI really am disappointed in domino. They got my order wrong the first time. I said ok. Fine I called explained and was upset they wouldnt fix my order bc I called the next day. Which I should have called the same day but I didnt order the food for myself it was for the kids and they told me it had onions on it. Which they didnt like. Ok so I order maybe a week later they burned the pizza and didn't slice it ..I also found a hair in my food and remind you I ordered from the app and they know your name and card number the last 4 digits so I think it was done on purpose. I'm so over dominos. It's not only here in New York they don't come out the car to bring you... your food they do they you that though but that's crazy drafts the purpose of delivery I guess. I'm not sure if it's because of the parking situation but they call you then you come outside. But I'm over this domino there rude as well. My problem was I don't want a new pizza I wanted them to come get this one and give me my money. I don't think you can trust someone after they messed up your food and I did and got hair in my food this time. I'm glad it was me and not the kids but I felt sick...
Read moreDelivery was horrible. First and last time ordering from dominoes on Minton and malabar. Daniel was my delivery person and I was watching the whole ordeal on my camera. He pulls up and calls me asking if I’m going to tip him or not from my card. I told him no. Before I could explain that I tip with cash he hung up the phone and stormed out his car. He then threw my order on the ground outside, went back in his car and storm off. He almost hit my mailbox! I called the store. It apparently is okay for the drivers to inquire about a tip. I don’t believe that a delivery person should inquire especially since they haven’t even delivered the order yet. This only makes them upset and can possible spit in your food. Not only that, other delivery drivers know not to expect a tip. This is in the discretion of the customer. And after a service has been performed. I usually tip once the order is...
