Usually I wouldn't bother with this because you don't really expect a good time at a chain coffee place anyway. But the (lack of) service today was enough to leave a review.
I placed my order at the self-serve kiosk inside. Someone had loaded the wrong type of paper in both machines. Instead of thermal paper it was regular paper (I know this from 12 years in food service). Of course i only got blank paper as a receipt because those machines don't use ink. I asked for a copy of my receipt and was handed the worker's copy.
I got my coffee right away, but no sign of anyone grabbing the donut I ordered from the case. They were much too busy horsing around and chasing each other with a mop. I asked about the rest of my order and was told I didn't receive it because I had asked for the receipt and (by inference) they therefore didn't know what my order was. I have a hard time believing that a place with a self-serve kiosk doesn't have any indication of what was ordered behind the counter aside from a physical receipt. But if that is the case, I would think the worker would have enough sense to glance at the receipt and see what was ordered before handing it over. And the only thing I received was a bad time with their two employees, I placed my order and sat down to wait, after 5 minutes they ask me what to order?? And I had to tell them again, but apparently the guys who attend this branch don't want to work, it took 20 minutes or more for them to deliver the coffees I ordered, and when they delivered they didn't correspond to my order, after waiting so long I told him that when I want to prepare a coffee that is only milk I do it at home!!! They started laughing and having fun in my face, and I asked for the manager, to which the guy mockingly said he was at home!!! During my long wait with no one to attend to my order, they laughed and had fun and even one of the employees came out to drink a juice, a lousy, unpleasant and uncomfortable service. I just wanted a frozen coffee and I received everything except that!!! Read moreWorst customer service I’ve seen in fast food. Don’t use there self service ordering kiosk. Those orders are filled last. Three people behind me chose to use the regular order at the counter process and received there order and out the door. When I asked what the order filling process was because I had seen these customers walk in after me and order at the counter and receive there order before me. The employee at the drive thru said drive through is priority and to go eat turkey and then a line cook came out from the back and had the same attitude. Only one employee said they were sorry for the mix up. She must have been the manager. The rude employees shouldn’t be working in the service industry with that attitude. I will never go to this location again unless it’s through the drive through. This franchise owner should really try to hire friendly employees who know how to work...
