I called asking for location spoke with a young girl told her I was in front of her building. I was going to send my husband in to pick up a few cookies and I would like to give her the name of what I wanted she would not take my order she said it does not work like she did not have one person in the building but refused to help me kept stating that’s not our policy. I beg your part try to accommodate a person with a disability that is so wrong. I will not do business with this company again you had no customers and your attitude and your unwillingness to assist me overall is what annoyed me so much. My husband said it’s OK I’ll go in. I said no this woman refuses to help me, all I wanna do is order a few cookies to give her the name of three cookies and have him go in and pick them up. She had no one inside what is the problem? I will not give them a penny of my money. The attitude of this woman was disgusting and that is not going to work in Palm Coast. You made a big mistake because I am somebody who buys a lot of sweets and you lost my business and you lost a lot of money with your nasty vulgar attitude, I can’t do this and I can’t do that instead of saying I’d be happy to help you. You’re not going to get a dollar with that attitude! My recommendation do not shop in this location. This girl needs an attitude adjustment immediately does not belong as a service location, helping customers because she was not cut for this position. Get rid of her quickly. Or you will be...
Read moreI recently visited Crumbl expecting an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. I was taken aback by the pricing and the practice of pressuring customers for tips. First and foremost, the pricing at Crumbl is exorbitant, making it difficult to justify the cost of their cookies. While I understand that quality ingredients and unique flavors come at a price, the overall value-for-money aspect was simply not there. It felt like I was paying a premium for the brand name rather than the actual product. What made the experience even more frustrating was the strong emphasis on tipping. While I appreciate the value of gratuity for exceptional service, it felt inappropriate to be asked for a tip simply for purchasing a cookie. Tipping should be discretionary and based on the level of service provided, rather than imposed upon customers. This approach left a sour taste in my mouth as a consumer. Crumbl could benefit from reevaluating their pricing strategy and being more transparent with their customers. By aligning their prices more reasonably with the quality and portion size of their cookies, they can ensure a more satisfying experience for their patrons. Additionally, they should reconsider their policy of pressuring customers for tips, as it detracts from the overall enjoyment of...
Read moreCrumbl has arrived to Palm Coast. Right as you approach you can smell the cookies being baked. Once inside the staffing is very friendly and professional with a warm welcome. The spacing is very small so I can see a line out the door on weekends or during rushes.
As for the cookies they have a variety of them with smaller or bigger ones. The flavors switch weekly so check the location before you head over. The cookies themselves where bigger than your average cookie and dense. A cookie is in the $4 range and about $22 for 6. They show you your box before handing them to you and came warm. I am not sure if this is every time but nice if it is.
The cookie I tried was the chocolate chip and was definitely enough for someone to split. I ate a whole one and have a cookie brick sitting in me. The flavors were nice with two types of chocolate and salt, a little too much dough and not enough chocolate to balance it out. Gideons Bakehouse does a great job with that but definitely a different cookie from Crumbl.
I look forward to trying the other flavors I ordered but with the pricing it’s a special occasion...
