I ordered from Bomb Burger which operates out of this restaurant. This was my third attempt at trying to get edible food from them. The first day that I tried them, the sandwich was great but I can’t say the same for the pricey side order of loaded sidewinder fries. The fries were so raw inside that they were inedible. I didn’t complain. I tried the same order on a different day and the same issue occurred. Again, I didn’t complain. Both times, I just threw them in the trash. Tonight was strike three though. I placed a much cheaper order tonight and just ordered a grilled cheese bomb without the side of loaded up fries. When my food arrived, I opened the box to find that my grilled cheese was burnt black. I thought that there was a chance that it might taste better than it looked so I took a bite. What a mistake because I couldn’t even taste the grilled cheese. All I tasted was the burnt taste. Since I have thrown away money on three separate occasions in the hope that they could get their act together, I decided to call the restaurant tonight. I explained the issue and asked them to remake and deliver a sandwich that wasn’t black. The girl gave me a bunch of useless and unsolicited information about how you can only order Bomb Burger items online and you can’t order them in the store. She told me that all she could do is tell me to reorder it. Then she told me that I should contact the corporate office to make a complaint. I asked her for the telephone number for the corporate office and she told me that she didn’t have a number for them. I asked for her name and as soon as the words came out of my mouth, she was gone and another girl was on the line. She claimed to be some sort of manager. Unsurprisingly, she didn’t have access to a corporate number either. When I asked for her name, she told me that her name was Amanda. I asked what the first girl’s name was and “Amanda” said “ummmmm (insert awkward pause)…Amber”. Both girls were unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. Once I found out that Bomb Burger operated out of a place called Stoners Pizza Joint, the complete lack of quality food or service made so much sense. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this place. It’s garbage. They lost a customer who had been trying to support them in their little expansion. After the events of tonight, I would be highly surprised if I was the only customer they have lost. Good luck keeping the doors open with such a lack of work ethic, bad customer service, and trashy employees.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Stoner's Pizza yesterday. I placed an online order for pickup at 4:30 pm, but when I arrived 20 minutes later, the store was closed. An employee showed up 20 minutes after that, displaying suspicious behavior and barely responding to my questions. To make matters worse, he never introduced himself or explained that he was responsible for preparing my order. A female employee arrived 10 minutes later, opening the store and letting the first employee in. When I asked her if the store was open, she falsely claimed that the door was heavy and had been open the entire time, despite me trying to open it earlier. The store itself had a strong unpleasant odor and appeared dirty. Unfortunately, the pizza was also subpar. My veggie pizza was missing tomato, and the buffalo chicken pizza contained an ant. The pizza lacked sauce and had a terrible taste, leaving a bad aftertaste. Overall, my experience at Stoner's Pizza was unacceptable. I would not recommend their pizza to anyone, even if it were free.

Almost. The pizza had good flavor. We ordered steak. There was some juicy flavor in there that was good. **Crust was a tad hard and dark.** The pep-n-rollies were really great. Loved them. I could have eaten the whole order myself. Eek. The cinnamon rolls were good - what we could eat. **Most were raw/undercooked inside and way too doughy to be edible.** Peanut Butter cookies BURNT. **Didn’t just look burnt but also tasted burnt ** Stromboli very good but again, overcooked Trend? It’s always under cooked or over cooked. Learn proper bake times. I’d visit more often if I didn’t expect burnt or undercooked food. Price for purchase was good. Delivery was on time or maybe a tad earlier than predicted. Would try again. I’d just make sure the rolls were cooked! Went back to sandwiches. Very good. Wanted cinna-rolls but when so was here his were raw inside to so spared myself.

Ordered from Stoners using Uber Eats. They’re trying accepted the order and 2 hours went by and I messaged one of the 6 delivery drivers who went to the store they said they were out of ingredients. Contacted Uber customer service and they said Stoners needed to cancel it since they accepted it or I’d be charged for the order. I called the store and got their “manager” on the phone. A disgustingly rude younger guy. Laughing and muting the phone. Telling me “I dunno man figure it out” I told them I’d file a police report or get my money back somehow since this is the second time this has happened and they’re stealing money. He laughed and said “You gonna steal money out my register? That’s crazzzzy.” Now here we are at 10pm and they are prank calling my cell phone from a blocked number. I’ve never been so disgusted by an establishment in this town. A phone call from the OWNER would be appreciated as I’ll be calling the overall franchise to complain about this store...
