Update 3: Had to walk out after seeing how little good they give. It was bad before but this location is insane. I saw a full scoop of rice be put back in the bin to scoop more just to see the top layer go into the bowl. After asking for more they acted as if I was asking them to dance for me or something. I heard one of the employees say "oh it's one of those people" under their breath so I just walked out. If you want to go to a chipotle don't go to this one. Employees are insanely rude and they act as if the food is coming specifically from their paycheck. Management has not done anything about the previous occurrences either despite "reaching out" via a comment on a review. This Chipotle is a joke do not waste your money here. Saying the customer service is bad is an understatement. They will treat you like trash.
Update 2: tried to go back but they gave me less food than last time. I asked for extra rice 2 times and they still didn't put enough. And the portions of meat were so little I'm pretty sure they gave me a half order instead of double
Absolutely insanity small portions. Even more so than usual and they charge for every single extra piece on the bowl. I ordered a simple bowl to go with white rice, pinto beans and double meat with chicken and barabacoa. I won't even talk about how absolutely little meat they gave me but I also was to talk about just how much of an extra step is was for them to put some more food inside a bowl that I'm paying way too much for. Payed 17.99 for a bowl and 2 tortillas. Definitely not coming to this spot again and will be trying different Chipotles. I had to ask 3 times btw for extra chicken and they only put an extra scoop in after shaking half of the meat off. If I wanted such small amounts of food I would've gone somewhere else. Read moreWent with my daughter around 730pm Monday 4/14. Had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE by according to the receipt "Wendy" . There was a family of 3 eating in. Saw 1 other employee, 1 gal came in behind us. It was not busy. "Wendy" was visibly annoyed in tone & facial expressions to do her job tonight, from the moment she saw us. Like I said it was not busy. She washed her hands, thanks. But no hair net? No gloves? The counter was filthy! Do you need a food habdlers card to work here? Curious to know what your health dept rating is. She slapped our bowls together sloppily (see pics) We asked for pinto beans, she gave us extra black beans. I let it go as I had to eat to take my insulin by 8pm, we'd pick them out rather than make her more irritated. We both had chicken bowls, she said there was only enough chicken on her line for 1 bowl: She eyerolled & dumped some chicken out to her left my right and finished the bowls with fresh container of chicken. She made little eye contact w/us. I had to wait until she served the gal behind us to ask for my receipt which she eye rolled again and ripped it off hastily. I remained polite, because I work in food service for over 10yrs. She made our whole dining experience miserable and we love CHIPOTLE. We rarely eat out, when we do, it's a treat and we frequent the PS location, which is immaculate and all the staff say welcome. I brought it to the cashier attention said no problem. Then i met the Manager Johnny he said he wasnt gonna do anything and i could place another order and leave and message on Chipotle Feedback where i could get a refund. I reordered food then asked Johnny why no one answers the phone he chuckled and said Im busy and said i have many customers not gonna answer the phone for one person. He just made me feel so little and helpless. The other employees are so nice with smiles.
