I had trouble with the app so decided to go to counter and 3 minutes to was told rudely no customer service attitude whatsoever that I was to late to order and when I stated I had issues with app why would it matter if under app I was not being forced out but since issue they ended my visit. Had she not been so rude and of course unapologetic I honestly can't stand anyone whether personal or business gesture if you are not sorry or empathetic than DO NOT say the word sorry in any way it just comes out as who cares or haha I don't have to help you. I must say I have been to almost every Starbucks in the Valley and you have consistently made me hate the entire chain and from now on I don't care how much you suck up with marketing and the free coffee clips I get from my business I no longer support you and your band of school bullies. I would rather find real customer service better options for coffee at decent prices which surely you'll be going back to raising prices .25c every quarter like you had before the take over. I won't be promoting your company in any way. Read moreI ordered aventi extra hot no foam Guess what It was lukewarm full of foam and about 2/3 of the way full My donut has a production date from August well over a month ago so I got a 6-week-old pastry with half the coffee I ordered. After standing at the mobile pickup area saying excuse me excuse me to talk to somebody and being ignored I just decided to leave instead of becoming upset at the complete disregard they had for me standing there trying to get my order fixed which they had no intention of doing since they just waited me out to leave. So the attitude is what we have a busy location we can treat the customers like s*. The spaciousness of the café is another highlight, providing plenty of room to find a spot to settle down with your coffee and perhaps get some work done or enjoy a chat. Additionally, the ample car parking available is a significant convenience, ensuring a stress-free start to the coffee experience.However, it's worth mentioning that while the space is comfortable, the furniture does seem a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment to enhance the overall ambiance. A little TLC in this area could really elevate the customer experience.Despite this minor critique, my visit was pretty good, and the positives certainly outweigh the negatives.
